Sunset Harbour Club

Good size room, very well equipped, lovely pools, main one could do with the bottom being cleaned. Zero entertainment, and no English tv channels Very good position, so easy access to everywhere.Enjojyed stay overall.

We stay at this resort every year and find it amazing

Great stay. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and noisy from the bar opposite. Pool was great and sunbed system worked well.

Staff are amazing

Excellent stay at this hotel. Initially unsure when we arrived as the room seemed more dated than some of the other photos and we were down in the basement next to the staff quarters and someone kept turning the hall light off so leaving and entering our room we needed a phone torch. When we turned it on someone just turned it off. Balcony despite being in the basement was was on the 1st floor looking out of the building and above a bar playing music. Sofa was tiny and we were unsure how it would make a bed. The bed, in the end, folded down from the wall and was as comfortable as any hotel bed you’d find. So our first impressions weren’t great and we looked into changing rooms. We were offered to swap to a refurbished room the next morning which looked more like some of the photos online however decided against this as there were renovation works happening in the same block and it would one incurred a fee to change rooms. In the end, we stayed and it was a really good decision as the music we got used to and grew to enjoy as it wasn’t anything too ‘heavy’ and provided a nice atmosphere on what was a large balcony. The pool area was great. One busier pool with a pool bar that we didn’t spend much time at and a quieter one at the top which was ideal. They also have a sunbed reservation policy which was great. Location was ideal near a lot of amenities. Staff were very helpful (particularly Nacho). So in the end, only issue was the dark hallway but would definitely stay again!

stayed in a nice room this time . partial seaview and a decent mountain view on the other side . this resort feels totally different depending on the apartment you are allocated ! . staff great , clean only slight drawback a bit noisy sometimes . would stay again

Close to restaurants & bars, apartment great although some are still very dated

Getting put in A block after refusing it last time was only disappointment as there is too many steps to get to ground level in this block

Too many cockroaches. 8 in the first 2 days. Also loads of ants on the patio. I will never stay on the lower level again. We got moved up a few flights. Not a problem. Staff were great. Very central area.

Excellent area, lovely studio apartment with everything you need. Only issue was the amount of cockroaches in the area.

A lot of sunburned Brit’s. But, everyone was friendly and fun.

We had a lovely 7 night stay at Sunset Harbour. The apartments had recently been renovated to a high standard. The filtered water tap in the kitchen a thoughtful addition and saves lugging water upstairs! Sun terrace a good size - enough for a table & 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers.
The pool area was clean and not overrun with sun loungers. The booking system for loungers was sensible so no early morning scramble.
Plenty places to eat & drink nearby. We’ll certainly be back 😎

Lovely apartments clean and fresh. Was very noisy late in nights in block Q. But I didn’t mind but others might.
Will definitely stay again.

All girls (family) holiday. Chill out stay. Weather could have been better but better than home! 7 days of no plans - great. Live this resort and complex.

Bed is a pull down bed very uncomfortable we left early to get a sun bed you have to que up the day before to reserve for the following day

Terrific location and views of the beach and glorious sunsets -- if you are assigned one of those rooms. The apartment we had was fabulous. But the first two nights had to stay in a ground floor apartment -- those do not have private terraces and have bars on the windows which is unpleasant. But a lovely property, great staff, lovely pool and restaurant and the flats in the upper floors are modern, well appointed and very spacious. The management makes it clear they cannot assign rooms until the day you arrive so you have no say in which room you'll be assigned.

One bedroom apartment has all the facilities including drinking water on tap. These facilities are at a high standard in terms of quality & style. One bedroom apartments have different standards of balcony --- some are large & some are relatively small --- some have lots of sunshine & some very little --- pot luck which you get.
Not keen on the regulated pool/sunbed scheme.

Property was lovely and staff could not have been more helpful. Our first room overlooked a bar across the street (very noisy all night) and they moved us with no issues the next morning. We will definitely be back.
