No pidan sofá cama
Pros:

La ubicación, el tamaño de las habitaciones, la cocina, el precio

Cons:

Toallas y sábanas viejas, el sofá cama viejo. Incómodo y super ruidoso. No me quisieron prestar una cobija ni una almohada extra. Me hicieron tender a mi misma el sofá cama.

Había lluvia fuerte, y al hotel tener varios edificios, llegar al que me tocó fue mucho problema, el camino es resbaloso y nos mojamos mucho, al preguntar al personal por una sombrilla o algo su respuesta fue más bien reir

I was impressed with the staff and the decor.

All my interactions with staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Bed had no mattress cover and duvet had no cover either. Only flat sheet covering the bare mattress without elastic to hold it in place. Ladder to pool had rungs missing and it was difficult to use.
