Pros:

Hotel central pour Old town, semble avoir vécu une histoire digne d’un film c’est plein d’âme. Le personnel est globalement très sympa.

Cons:

C’est finalement un peu vétuste, les services de la chambre sont sommaires voire dépassés. La piscine hors-sol détonne. Le personnel est sympa mais très très lent et n’anticipe pas grand chose.

we are sorry to say but it didn't live up to its star rating.
Pros:

The location was exactly what we wanted, the room was very nice and clean, but the shower was very poor. The staff were really nice.

Cons:

The food unfortunately was very poor, we asked for meals that were on the menu, but we were told not available. The actual quality of the food presented was well below the acceptable standard and let the whole experience of staying at the hotel down.

Pros:

Very central, 5 minutes with Tuk Tuk to Fort Jesus, . Good service. Good internet. Good value for the price.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included. Price was 2500 KES, which I thought waa too much so I ate outside. When showering the whole bathroom got wet.

Great breakfast selection.

Cons:

I didnt have hot hater the whole duration of my stay, and it wasnt fixed. I did notif management and no alternative nor appology has been provided till date

EL HOTEL ESTA BIEN UBICADO AUNQUE ES UN ALOJAMIENTO MUY VETUSTO, NECESITA UNA GRAN RENOVACION, AL IGUAL QUE TODA LA CIUDAD DE MOMBASA. LAS HABITACIONES SON GRANDES PERO DADO EL CALOR QUE HACE, EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONA DE FORMA ADECUADA (QUIZAS SOLAMENTE EL NUESTRO), AUNQUE TUVIERON LA AMABILIDAD DE CAMBIARNOS DE HABITACION A LAS 12 DE LA NOCHE. EL PERSONAL INTENTA AYUDARTE EN TODO

Gute Lage, alles funktional inkl. warmem Wasser,
Ventilator, Klimaanlage und Safe.
Tägliche Zimmerreinigung und neues Wasser.
Schwierigkeiten wurden schnell behoben.

Laut, es ist überall sehr laut, im Restaurant, beim Frühstück, Türen die geschlossen werden, auf dem Balkon ...
Was sauber war, wurde auch täglich sauber gereinigt, was bei der Ankunft schmutzig war, blieb schmutzig, z.B. der Grüselkühlschrank oder die Abfallkübel aussen.
Alte Armaturen im Badezimmer.
Zimmer wirken nüchtern, keine Bilder, keine Dekoration.
Für 19 Euro könnte das Frühstück besser sein, mehr Früchte, Auswahl an Brot, Käse, mehr Säfte ...
Oft dauert es sehr sehr lange, bis Bestelltes kommt, zum Beispiel Cappuccino...
Fußball auf Grossleinwand im Restaurant und einen anderen Fussballsender in der Bar, beide laut, in beiden Ohren etwas anderes ....
