Большой номер с панорамным окном с одной стороны и балконом с другой, вид чудесный.
Хороший набор чай- кофе, удобная кровать.

Cons:

В ванной абсолютно некуда повесить мокрое полотенце, только что положить мокрой кучкой у раковины и ждать его замены на следующий день. На жаре душ принимаешь несколько раз в день, мокрое полотенце становится проблемой.
После принятия душа весь пол на территории туалета и раковины мокрый.

Fantastic resort, super central.
Pros:

Amazing staff. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly.

Location is great, right between Kata and Karon. Close enough to walk if you want, far enough to feel quiet and private.

The shuttle bus up and down the driveway is a godsend 😅

I did the poolside cooking class and couldn't recommend enough 👌 and the pool bar is awesome. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Cons:

Only downside and it's a small one, is that its a decent sized resort, and my room was on the top level in the back corner, so it was a hike to the pool and restaurant... but hey, someone has to get the short straw on that one.

I left two days into my paid stay and didn’t not get a refund. It was still worth leaving.
Pros:

The room I had originally booked was not just worn out and dirty but also had a massive water leak. The new room I got at the partner hotel next door, Peach Hill, was nicely renovated.

Cons:

The hill the hotel sits on is absolutely brutal. They offer a shuttle, but that is rarely practical. The room I had was also crazy noisy, with a Greek restaurant playing live cover band music outside. Some parts of the hotel are in a pretty worn out condition.

Pros:

Dobrze zlokalizowany hotel, pomiędzy dwiema plażami. W pobliżu będzie sklep 7 eleven więc dobre rozwiązanie. Niestety w czasie naszego pobytu był jeszcze w remoncie. Hotel znajduje się na stromym wzniesieniu na szczęście jest busik, którym można podjechać w górę w dowolnej porze dnia.

Cons:

Szczerze mówiąc liczyłem, że wybierając Grand Suite otrzymam tę na najwyższym piętrze. A mimo tego że hotel był pusty otrzymaliśmy apartament na niższym piętrze, z którego nie ma tak niesamowitego widoku na morze, bo okna są zasłonięte przez drzewa.

Pros:

We stayed in the villa with a private pool and it was such an incredible experience! The villa was so amazing and we loved the staff. I loved our little villa and miss it already. The golf cart up and down the hill was a life saver and the location is amazing.

The breakfast was ok but I felt could be better.

I loved the location, everything you need is near.The pool area of the hotel was very pleasant.The stuff was very kind and helpful.The whole vibe of the hotel was very good,if you want to relax and also to be near to shopping and restaurants and the beach,this is the place. Also the hotel is full of beautiful trees and birds.Definatelly would visit again.

Awesome stay, great staff and great view
Pros:

The property is at an excellent location which is a suoer walkable distance both to kata and karon beach. The king suite room was extraordinary with the best view I could ever ask for. Room service, cleaning, and Reception staff was excellent. Really loved it.

Cons:

The climb to the resort is a bit tiring. U have to wait for the shuttle service to take u up the hill. Also the shuttle service starts at 10am to 11pm. Battery car shuttle service should be more readily available.

Breakfast was OK . Staff were nice

Cons:

but the room was quite smelly and the bed was old, not comfortable and made by back hurt.
Elevator out of operation and the hotel did not offer me anything in return for that, especially when my group had an elder who cannot walk up and down stairs.
