Kiválóan felszerelt hotel, kedves, segítőkész személyzet.
Pros:

A szálloda Kassa belvárosának szélén található, mindössze egy kereszteződésen kell átmenni és már az óváros területén találjuk magunkat. A hotel modern, ízléses berendezéssel bír, a személyzet készséges, segítőkész. A szoba megfelelő méretű, jól felszerelt, igényes. A reggelit nem vettük igénybe, erről a szolgáltatásról nem tudunk nyilatkozni.

Cons:

A parkolás a hotel melletti parkolóházban lehetséges, nap 25 euróért, ami túlzó, akármennyire is a belvárosban vagyunk.

Nice modern hotel with a great location and comfortable rooms, but the shower water system needs improvement.
Pros:

Great location in the city center, clean and beautiful room, and a very pleasant atmosphere overall. The breakfast was good, and the hotel itself looked modern and stylish. The room was comfortable and well maintained.

Cons:

There was an issue with the water temperature in the shower. The water constantly switched from cold to very hot, which made it difficult to shower comfortably.

Jó helyen van, szép a szálloda, jó reggeli.

Cons:

Erős szél volt és a 6. emeleten lévő lakosztály külső burkolata dübörgő hangot adott egész éjszaka. Lehetetlen volt aludni. Dominika a recepción reggel közölte, hogy ő nem tud mit tenni a széllel, és miért nem jöttünk le éjszaka, adott volna füldugót...
