Pros:

Hotel je priamo pri Starom Meste , pár krokov od Domu sv.Alžbety, výborná dostupnosť kamkoľvek, hneď vedľa hotela Aupark a oproti hotelu OC Dargov. Tiché a voňavé priestory, odporúčam využitie vírivky, ktorá je v cene pobytu, je tam aj sauna, ktorá ale funguje len 10minut 🙈 Raňajky veľký výber, rôzne druhy, každý si príde na svoje, dokonca aj káva je jedna z tých lepších hotelových.

Cons:

Ako tu už bolo v komentároch spomenuté, jeden paplón je veľká nevýhoda naozaj a ešte nevyhovujúce za nás bola hlavica na vodu v kúpeľni v umývadle, veľmi nepraktický rozptyl vody do vrchu.

Moja navsteva Kosic po 15 rokoch aj vdaka tomuto ubytovaniu bola skvela.Urcite odporucam a bolo mi potesenim Kosice😊

Dakujem, uz nebudem opakovat

Lokalita, vyber na ranajky

Cons:

Po prichode trvalo ubytovanie asi 20 min a cela rodina sme stali na recepcii. Recepcna pozadovala udaje ktore som uz predtym uviedol pri rezervacii.
Riesila ci chcem pristelku, vravel som ze nie lebo som bral dve izby. Ona ze omylom tam pristelku dali a ze ju pojdu odobrat. Ci mozu teraz hned. Tak vravim ze ideme sa ubytovat a potom nech ju idu odobrat. Ked sme sa konecne dostali na izbu zisťili sme ze tam ziadna pristelka nie je. (?) K cene ubytovania brali navyse zabezpeku 100€/ izba. Vzhladom na nadpriemernu cenu ubytovania to povazujem za neprimerane a nevhodne.
Wellnes - jedna mala sauna a jedna virivka asi pre 5 osob s kyslo zapachajucou penou na povrchu. (To snad ani nemozno nazyvat wellnesom)
Za parkovanie v hoteli sa plati 25€ za pobytovy den. S tym ze recepvna ma ubezpecila ze teraz uz je moja znacka ECV v systeme a ze sa mozem lubovolne pohybovat cez rampu. Cez rampu om potreboval prejst az rano ked sme opustali parkovisko. Rampa nereagovala. Obsluha po zavolani - recepcia sa ma cez telefon pytala ci som bol ubytovany (nemaju to nijako systemovo prepojene) po potvrdeni minoznamil ze posuela SBS ktory nam otvori. Naozaj sme sa velmi ponahlali a otvatanie nenastali ani po druhom zavolani. Aby sme dve minuty cakali na rampe kde sme za noc zaplatili 25€ mi pride neprofesionalne a vlastne ubohe.
Takze velke sklamanie z hotela kde clovek ocakava vysoky standard. Vyborne tradicne cookies trn amaterizmu zial nezachrania.

Kvalitný hotel s určitými nedostatkami
Pros:

+ Pohodlná posteľ aj dostatok vankúšov
+ Krásny výhľad, škoda že nie priamo na Dóm :)
+ Personál recepcie aj reštaurácie 👍

Cons:

- Extrémne slabý prúd vody z umývadla aj sprchy
- Chcelo by to väčší výber na raňajkách
- Horšie odhlučnenie z chodby (najmä ráno počuť buchanie dverí z ostatných izieb)
- Menšie fitko aj wellness (na tak veľký hotel by to chcelo väčšie)
- TV sa často zasekávali programy
