Your night staff on evening of Saturday 7 March was the most unpleasant, rude man. He was not welcoming, was grumpy, and made us feel like we had done something wrong. he badly affected our stay. In comparison the next morning you had smiling delightful staff

Large room, close to st. Leonards transport.
Pros:

The room was large and had a good sized outside area.

Cons:

The fridge was the smallest I have ever seen. There could have been some plants in the courtyard too...it looked bleak and un inviting.

Great place to stay. A little pricey. Rooms are clean and basic. Staff are pretty friendly.
Pros:

Parking is great, and close to RNSH

Cons:

We must have run out of hot water at night. The shower “function” button was faulty. Also when booking you cannot receive the RNSH patient discount if you book through a third party.
