Our room was spotless, quiet considering we were on the highway side of the building.
The food was exceptional, as were the cafe staff.
The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable.
The fire alarm going off on a Sunday morning with an 11am check out probably wasn’t great for guests. From the staff reaction, this was a recurring problem which needs changes implemented.

It was very clean.
There was a restaurant onsite but no kids menu. The shower took so long to adjust temperature that you ended up freezing or burning - very difficult when trying to get my 6 yr old showered. Our beds kept rolling away when we touched them, they needed a wheel lock. Sound proofing on the windows was good, so we couldn’t hear the road next to our room, but the sound from within our neighbours rooms and the hallway kept us awake. When there was a fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building we had no interaction from staff, we were waiting outside for staff to tell us we could go back to our room, when the fire department left we went back in and nobody from the hotel said anything.
Meals in the restaurant were great and the service was as well.
