Convenient, clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
Pros:

The location for me to visit my husband in Royal North Shore Hospitalx was very convenient. The fact that they offer a continental breakfast is also very convenient.

Home away from home for service dog Sasha and I.
Pros:

I am a repeat customer because the staff and hotel facilities are fantastic. They make me and my service dog Sasha very welcome.
This stay I was on level 2 and like the step up option to room which would suit Japanese visitors due to their culture.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful. It was very useful that the courtesy car drove my Mum to her morning appointment at Royal North Shore. There was a lot of water leaking in our fridge when we arrived, but staff promptly solves this problem.

Cons:

A microwave would have been helpful.

Great easy stay away
Pros:

So clean loved the big bed, and the food was amazing my partner reckons its the best chicken parmi hes had ever in Australia

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we were very pleased with the kindness of a bottle of wine to celebrate my partners birthday. Overall, wonderful experience.

Cons:

There was not much to not like about our stay except it was quite warm in the main area once you step outside your room and make your way to the lift. It felt like there was limited air circulation on level 4.
