Important information:

The indoor swimming pool is closed from January 6th to April 4th, 2025.
The SPA (Sauna and Hammam) as well as the treatments are accessible every day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by reservation.
Your room reservation includes access to the spa (50 minutes) per person per stay.
Subject to availability, we strongly recommend that you reserve your slot in advance.
Access to the spa is prohibited for people under 16 years of age.

Pros:

We travel from Spain to Germany every summer and it is a perfect location to stop.

Cons:

Unfortunately with the heat wave it was less enjoyable and although there were fans in the room there was no air conditioning which made it hard to sleep.

Potentie niet waargemaakt
Pros:

De ligging is prachtig en het oude gebouw is erg mooi. De inrichting van onze kamer was ook prima. Het hotel heeft veel potentie. We hebben lekker gezwommen in het zwembad.

Cons:

We sliepen recht onder het dak en onze kamer was bloedheet. De airco kon er niks aan veranderen, maar onze kamer was zeker 30 graden. Hierdoor konden we niet slapen. Er was een hittegolf dus we begrijpen dat het een uitzondering was, maar de airco was niet afdoende. Bij het ontbijt waren extreem veel wespen. Er werd niks aan gedaan en we konden daarom niet normaal eten. Ons kind was bang voor de wespen en we zagen dat ook andere gasten er veel last van hadden. We mochten gebruik maken van de spa, want het is een spa hotel, maar de spa ging al heel vroeg dicht en pas laat open. Daardoor hadden wij er niks aan maar moesten we er wel voor betalen. Zonde, want een reguliere spa is vaak tot laat open.

Nice Relaxing stay
Pros:

Staff were lovely and welcoming, the spa was nice and the facial treatment was excellent. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were great and the Restaurant at dinner was really lovely. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Could not stand up to have a shower because the wooden beam was in the way. Could of had a bath but seemed silly for a quick clean up.

Enjoyable Stay amongst Slightly Faded Grandeur
Pros:

A lovely hotel with slightly faded grandeur, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable, though a little on the small side! The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much

Cons:

More effective air conditioning would have made the summer heat a little more bearable!

le lieu est très jolie et l'emplacement proche du golf très agréable. nous avons apprécié également pouvoir profiter de la piscine et de sa proximité au parc du Futuroscope.
