Pros:

not a great experience
Pros:

the location was easily accessible

Cons:

There was no bench/chair in the shower
There were no rails to hold onto to get in or out of the shower.
We used one of the chairs from a little balcony as it was plastic and we sat that in the shower and once finished we put it back outside to dry.
We did make it work. But for safety reasons, with the shower, we would not be able to use this venue again.


Also they have charged me $50 for the room, we did not order anything or do anything that cost money, we always take our own things.

The staff and location make this venue.
Pros:

The staff made the experience great.

You have some excellent staff on front desk (especially Labubu owner)

Good location. Good parking. Clean room. Balcony is an asset.

Cons:

At times it just felt "cheap".

cut up kitchen wipes (why?), irregular linen change, small sachet for dishwashing, ordered a queen bed but it was 2 beds together

Lift is too slow. Walking to carpark by going outside to swipe in is ridiculous.
