Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

My room was spacious and comfortable. Despite a Hilton problem, the front desk staff handled it all with grace and patience.

Cons:

Hilton had a system wide outage so staff couldn't check anyone in, make keys, etc. They had to literally walk us to our rooms and unlock for us. They deserve a star and a raise for the extra duties and abuse they had to take from some customers. The ladies who helped me were great

Overall decor needs to be updated. Everything just felt outdated. I didn't like that there was no counter or sink in the bathroom.

Cons:

They claim each room has a fridge. They do not. They did not check us in when we thought they did. Poor communication. Couldn't find my reservation when attempting to re check us in. Couldn't find it. Yet, they wouldve had no issue charging my card for the stay.

Pros:

Very clean !!!! Rooms were comfortable!!!! Breakfast was fantastic !! Pool was a great experience after a long day of baseball!!! Two thumbs up

Decent place to stay.
Pros:

Good location right off 380. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom fan didn't work. Room had no mini fridge and the ice machine on our floor didn't work.

It was okay and suited our needs. Mainly it didn't feel clean.

the location was great. Breakfast was okay - suited our needs

Cons:

The thing we noticed about the room was how the sheets didn't seem clean- the bed was made, but the sheets seemed all rumpled like they hadn't been washed. And there was a funky smell. If we hadn't been so tired I doubt we would have stayed. The good thing I can say is that the bed was low instead of one of those really high beds which is nice for someone in a wheelchair.

* my family was comfortable with the room plenty of space
*Pool area was clean
* Absolutely adore the staff

Cons:

* sad to say but teenagers were running through the halls, this Disturbed my grandmother sleeping.
* Breakfast hot food was basic ( need more options ex: biscuits and gravy)
* The pool was very cold
* Need more trash cans in the rooms
