Family visit
Pros:

* my family was comfortable with the room plenty of space
*Pool area was clean
* Absolutely adore the staff

Cons:

* sad to say but teenagers were running through the halls, this Disturbed my grandmother sleeping.
* Breakfast hot food was basic ( need more options ex: biscuits and gravy)
* The pool was very cold
* Need more trash cans in the rooms

The hotel exceeded our expectations overall. Was clean, comfortable, and our room was very spacious.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Location is in a cluster of a bunch of other hotels and semi-industrial. There are really no good views around. Not much they can do to change. Was fairly easy to reach.

Cons:

Was a bit surprised at the higher rates for a hotel in a smaller city.

Pros:

Put in a handicap room and no idea why. Low bed, low closet and small ironing board were really pretty annoying especially as we could tell hotel was not full. Room was very outdated. No conditioner. Big bottle of shampoo completely empty. Site said there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. Overall very disappointing.

Pros:

It was not a good check-in experience. Even though check-in was at 4 and we were there at 4, nobody was at the front desk and there was no bell to ring. When they front desk person came out, someone said something to him, and he started swearing in front of us to himself. He then had a difficult time finding a room for us, even though we paid in advance ( non-refundable ) and reserved a room prior. He gave us a handicap room, which we, which neither of us is/was. I think that it is the first time in staying at a hotel where we didn't have a small fridge and/or microwave in our room ( especially at that price ) The experience has made us make a decision to stay at another hotel in the area the next time around. Thank you.
