Some evening entertainment
El trato del personal del hotel ha sido excepcional, especialmente la jefa de sala del restaurante, Consuelo, con un trato profesional a la vez que afable, un placer desayunar y cenar todos los días allí. La ubicación es muy buena, y a pesar de no disponer de parking el establecimiento, no es difícil aparcar.
El único punto negativo es el colchón de la habitación 130, donde nos alojamos, al estar bastante hundido, dificultaba el buen descanso, claramente necesita ser cambiado. También estaría bien que dispusieran de almohadas con distintas densidades, dependiendo de las preferencias de los huéspedes.

La ubicación,al lado de la playa y cerca tanto del pueblo como de la arteria de tiendas. Próximo a parada de guagua para ir a las dunas y al Cotillo. Nos subieron de categoría la habitación y una botella de cava de cortesía. Si tenias q salir pronto te daban la opción de hacerlo a mas 6.30 mientras el personal preparaba todo (aunque sin la parte caliente del buffet)
El horario de la piscina finaliza a las 17h. Los pasillos son un poco liosos y no hay ascensor
Nos gustó mucho todo: el personal encantador, la habitación bien, las almohadas, los desayunos y cenas, la piscina, el detalle del check out, que fuera para adultos…todo, la verdad. Volveríamos
La terraza no daba a la piscina y se oía mucho el jaleo de fuera, por las noches. Visitar las playas del sur tiene muchas horas en coche desde allí.
We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was one of the highlights, with a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. Everything we tried was tasty and fresh, and we especially loved the churros. The quality of the food was very good throughout our stay. The pool area was always clean and well maintained, and we appreciated how peaceful and quiet it was. It was a lovely place to relax, read, and enjoy the day. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with modern furnishings that made it feel fresh and welcoming. While the building itself is not brand new, it has been well cared for and updated with modern features while keeping its charming Spanish island character. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing holiday.
The only small downside was that water would leak onto the bathroom floor during showers, as the bottom of the glass shower screen wasn't fully sealed.

El personal excelente, en especial Jonathan que nos recomendó lugares que visitar, el hotel muy cómodo, limpio, las habitaciones geniales. El primer día llegamos muy temprano, y aunque el desayuno no nos entraba no ofrecieron desayunar, nos pusieron una habitación de mejor categoría sin coste añadido. En definitiva, para volver
