Pros:

Well appointed and clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast and as I have to eat gluten free, reception provided me with a printed list of menu items. Food was good.
Easy walk to town centre and the excellent park. Plenty of free parking.
Would definitely stay here again.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. Convenient for an overnight stop and an early start. didn't use the restaurant and bar due to other plans. Dog friendly. Large car park and gardens.

Wi-fi connected easily, bed was comfortable, windows needed cleaning, smears and hand prints up them. Stains on curtains, heating was on on arrival room was too hot.

Pros:

Clean, very well equiped room at a good price. Plenty of free parking. Didnt use the restaurant so cant comment on food. No air conditioning but a fan in the room helped. The only criticism is that the mattress needed a topper - I could feel the springs and woke up with a backache.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Spent 3 nights here, would definitely recommend. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. I’m a service engineer so spend a lot of my time staying in Hotels, this would definitely be in my top 10.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was modern, clean and well maintained. It was disappointing there was no air conditioning in the room as it was warm, it a fan was provided. It wasn’t clear about how to keep the window open to cool the air, I only found a latch the next morning. The bed was way too hard and the pillow was also too stiff so I didn’t get a good night sleep. I was grateful for the tea and biscuit in the room.
The bar area was great but it was a shame there was no background music, this could have helped soften the atmosphere as there was a lot of people staying on their own so it didn’t feel comfortable to stay too long.

Pros:

Generally looking tired now and house staff ignored issue with no shower gel in the dispenser. No staff to drop some to the room so I had to dress again and go to reception to collect it.
Restaurant quality and quality very good.
