Ideally located for easy access to the highway. May consider other options next year.

The location is ideal given that is close to the highway.

Cons:

Have stayed at this location several times, basically because of the location to the highway. This time however, the room booked (King) was not available and the room provided was not to the standard expected; bed was uncomfortable, room looked dingy, towels were worn and the bathroom dated. Initially, we were told to contact Booking.com regarding any issues but once it was determined that payment had been made directly to the hotel (made inadvertently) the hotel provided a decent discount for the inferior room. In addition to the aforementioned, the internet at this hotel was incredibly slow; complaint confirmed by the front desk.

The motel was so close to shopping and places to eat .Motel was clean staff very friendly it was so quiet at night no partying or doors slamming very peaceful very quiet .. the bed was very comfortable and room was very clean

I’m glad it was only one night.

I did not eat the breakfast.

Cons:

My bathroom was dirty. Specifically the shower (shower head and shelves), and the handle on the sink showed signs of not having been cleaned in some time or having been properly cleaned. Speaking of the shower, the main water did not turn off once the shower was turned on, which meant barely any water was coming out the showerhead. Sadly, I don’t know about the shower until the morning of checkout. Also, the parking lot was barely plowed and icy with no salt. Definitely not safe for guests. It was quite disappointing to be a Marriott hotel… to see the driveway leading to the hotel and the parking lot of the Cracker Barrel clean and the hotel’s not was definitely unsettling.

Location was quiet and customer service was good. Room was clean and quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Appreciated the oatmeal with all the trimmings. Eggs/bacon is the go to and after a lot of travel, nice to have other options. Staff (TJ) that checked us in was super helpful and engaged with customers. Even took a minute to look up some sightseeing info for us. Great job.
