Love the place clean and ready for the guess to stay. The only thing is the refrigerator was not cold enough for the drink.
Hotel is very beautiful. Wood work in the entire hotel is really awesome. You can spend time enjoying the beauty of the artistic wooden decor and architecture.
Rooms are species and comfortable.
Breakfast is good, but could be better.
Room service, staff is excellent.
Pool/bar area is good. Restaurent is good too.
Excellent hotel with nice accommodations and morning breakfast. Very helpful staff for arranging taxi to airport and market area. Highly recommend staying at this hotel for visiting Angkor Wat. Enjoyed there bar and swimming pool. Beautiful lobby with elegant decoration.
Everything was good except the wifi. The 2nd floor 2000ish room has no signal. (You calles receptionist for the solution You only get an apology and the wifi still not work)🙂
If you try to used the data pls keep in mind that only SMART cellular works, the rest are just like the wifi💀
We had a lovely stay at the Empress Angkor Wat. Our room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the impressive pool area. However, the bathroom needed upgrading, especially for a 5-star hotel! We particularly enjoyed the pool; breakfast was OK. There's not much around the hotel so guests have to get a Tuc Tuc to go closer to restaurants and shops.
Wonderful service. Everything!
It was a wonder place to stay. The staff are helpful.
Charming hotel, beautiful decoration
Everything was perfect
Helpful, smiley staff, comfortable bed, good shower. Would definitely stay again!
Staff are incredible helpful and friendly. An outstanding value for the price
One of the best hotels that I have stayed in south East Asia. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone young old solo or with family whether for business or vacation trip.
It's an all * performer on all fronts hospitality decor room layout gym swimming pool interior property house keeping and anything that makes a guest feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.
Stayed here for 1 night to see the sights of Angora Wat.
The receptionist Mao Choeuy was very pleasant, he explained everything, recommended a tuk-tuk driver for $20, and also booked tickets for us to a dance show.
We had a room with 3 beds, large in size with a small additional sofa and a refrigerator.
Bathroom, small with a bathtub with a full set of toiletries.
We had a room without breakfast, but across the road there is a large supermarket where you can buy everything very quickly.
There are relaxation areas at the reception, and there is also a swimming pool, which, unfortunately, we did not get to.
I like the service, they’re very helpful, friendly, the only negative about the hotel is no Airconditioner in the hallway or in the lobby.
Nice place to stay! Comfortable, good hospitality. Aircon can be a problem at times. Overall a great place to stay!
I showed up 4am to check in and no one around had go to another hotel
It as a convenient stay and I liked it. however unfortunately the spa area was closed due to the after-effects of covid, this was a bit of a disappointment. but very friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet and safe.
DUE TO PANDEMIC JUST OPEN, LACK OF STAFFS
THE PLACE IS CREEPY AND LACK OF SUPPLIES.
DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH STAFFS.
NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS. MOST OF THE TOWELS AND BATHROOM SUPPLES NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS.
Nice location, grand looks, large rooms. Internet is awful and for the complimentary breakfast, the same menu repeated for all 5 days.
Friendly staff and and nice bar!!
If you come to SiemReap Cambodia, i don't recommend this hotel. First when check-in, they give us a wrong room and after that we asking them to changes. And they change room for us and dirt everywhere.
