Pros:

Your dedication to constant improvement and continuous renewal as a hotel is really commendable. The level of detail in the food is outstanding, and the chefs are excellent. Every member of the staff is so welcoming and friendly, and the holiday experience is made all the more enjoyable because of it.

Die Nähe zur Altstadt. Großes Zimmer, toller Ausblick.

Cons:

Leider wurden gerade Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Muss halt auch sein.

Grundsätzlich könnte sich das 5 Sterne Hotel etwas mehr modernisieren. Die Einrichtung ist etwas "altbacken".

Sehr hohe Preise, Cocktails um € 16 und mehr.

Great hotel in a good location
Pros:

Situated about 1k from the old town getting to the sights is simple with a gentle downhill stroll or local busses available, the bus transport is free with the Dubrovnik pass.
The hotel is very well kept we had a superior sea view room with a large balcony that got the morning sun and was well sheltered from any wind. The A/C was efficient and quiet and the large bed super comfy. The shower had the biggest head I had ever seen and had plenty of water pressure to give you a good soak.
All the staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and always happy to help.
A large breakfast buffet had a wide variety food to suit all nationalities although I do need to ask for milk for my cereal.
Drinks prices were not outrageous considering this is a 5 star hotel, similar to a good wine bar in the UK, €10 for a house while and €12.5 for a house red both excellent wines.
The free pool tables provided some evening amusement and the piano player in the lobby bar set a lovely mood.
All in all great value for money.
