Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price we paid. When we arrived, our room had not been properly cleaned, and even after bringing it to the staff’s attention and asking for it to be addressed, there didn’t seem to be much urgency in resolving the issue.

We also had an ongoing problem with the bathroom shower clogging and not draining properly throughout our stay, which was frustrating and made the room feel less well maintained.

Service around the pool was also very mixed. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others were less welcoming. Overall, the pool service didn’t feel particularly attentive—it was often difficult to place an order for food or drinks, although it may have simply been that they were understaffed.

Overall, there were some positive aspects of the property, but the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and inconsistent service made the experience disappointing. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail.

Es war alles perfekt. Personal ist sehr freundlich, Unterkunft sehr schön und Essen sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder!

Gibt eigentlich nichts, aber wenn ich etwas sagen müsste, dann wäre es, dass das Abendessen schon ein bisschen früher beginnen könnte.

Nice in general but not worth the money and it’s not like Rixos in Turkey at all

Cons:

1-dosnt feel like 5 stars , toilets in general not well kept and clean especially near the main restaurant.
2- over priced pool bar in a ridiculous way
3- staff not very welcoming in general
4- too dark in the evening especially lobby area
5-carpets not clean in our floor .
6-breakfast is very limited and bad quality fruits and vegetables , juices not good .
Far below the standard of Rixos elsewhere.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und schöne öffentliche Bereiche, aber nicht mehr ganz auf modernem 5 Sterne Niveau

Das absolute Highlight ist das Frühstück. Eine außergewöhnlich große Auswahl bei gleichzeitig sehr guter Qualität. Eierstation, hervorragende Omeletts, sehr gute Patisserie und Croissants, Salate, Aufschnitt, verschiedene Säfte und Detox Drinks. Wirklich eines der besten Hotelfrühstücke, die wir seit längerer Zeit hatten.

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang. Wir kamen bereits am Vormittag an, konnten unser Gepäck problemlos einlagern und wurden per E Mail informiert, sobald das Zimmer fertig war. Das Hotel ist technisch überraschend modern organisiert. Besonders praktisch ist das intelligente Aufzugssystem mit Zimmerkarte.

Sehr schöner Barbereich mit gemütlichen Möbeln und toller Aussicht. Das Teppanyaki Restaurant hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben außerdem sehr gut geschlafen. Der große Balkon hatte zwei ausgesprochen bequeme Sessel.

Cons:

Das Hotel und teilweise auch die Zimmer wirken an einigen Stellen inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Bad gab es eine Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche statt einer modernen begehbaren Dusche.

Der große Balkon könnte schöner gestaltet sein. Eine Liege und einige Pflanzen würden die große Fläche deutlich gemütlicher machen.

Der Außenpool schließt bereits um 18 Uhr, was wir gerade im Sommer sehr früh finden. Außerdem gibt es pro Person nur eine Handtuchkarte beziehungsweise ein Handtuch.

Bei einem Zimmerpreis von rund 500 Euro pro Nacht sind die Erwartungen entsprechend hoch. Auch die Preise für Essen und Getränke im Hotel sind nicht gerade günstig. Generell haben wir den Eindruck, dass Kroatien in den vergangenen Jahren spürbar teurer geworden ist.

A truly memorable stay.
Pros:

Fantastic experience overall. A special thanks to our butler, Alexa, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She was attentive and warm. We felt truly looked after.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the service exceptional, and the setting made our holiday in Croatia even more memorable. It is often the little details and the people behind them that turn a beautiful hotel into an unforgettable experience, and Alexa certainly did that for us.

We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. Highly recommended.

Bloody Ripper!
Pros:

The property is clean, tidy and very well staffed.
I actually don’t think I’ve stayed at a place with better staff. We went for a part of our honeymoon trip and it was incredible. Very welcoming, we had Deniz help us with any bookings in town, recommendations etc.

Cons:

Cannot fault anything.
