Rixos Premium Dubrovnik

We just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. The accommodation, facilities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.
The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent quality. The hotel facilities were very good, and the spa was particularly impressive, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
What made our holiday truly special was the exceptional care and service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful stay.
We would especially like to thank the managers, Zuhri, Ehmet Ali and Ozgen for their outstanding care, attention, and excellent service. Their dedication and leadership were evident throughout the hotel and greatly contributed to making our holiday memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

I have been so pleased to have yoga and Pilates classes whilst on holiday at the Rixos hotel. I have done 4 morning yoga classes and 4 early evening Pilates classes which my 12yr old son has joined. Nadi has been our instructor for all our classes. She is very knowledgeable and told my son and I all about the origins of Pilates. This was great as it immediately dispelled my son’s former perception that Pilates is exercise for old women!! Nadi has corrected and educated him and shown him how fundamental Pilates is to martial arts, self defence callisthenics and building strength and endurance. All of which he is currently interested in and wanting to do.
Since our 1st Pilates session with Nadi my son has been eager and motivated to do more Pilates sessions with Nadi. Thank you for inspiring my son in such a positive way.
I myself am an amateur at Pilates and Yoga. I feel as though Nadi has taken me to the next level and shown me new exercises which I have never done before. I have enjoyed trying these and Nadi has been a great source of encouragement, telling me to keep going, breathe through the movements, correcting my techniques and making sure I’ve got the most out of every session with her. Always polite and happy to see us at her sessions, always looking very smart and professional, lovely calm pleasant voice and demeanour. It has been a pleasure to take part in Nadi’s classes, she is an asset to the hotel. Thank you for providing such a healthy and wonderful facility for your guests.

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel. Good location to the old town within 20 mins walk. As we had a spa suite we were given a butler Alexa who was excellent. She was so attentive & helpful. Nothing was too much bother. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well it had great variety. We would stay again.

If you read the reviews you get a good picture of how good this hotel is.

Let me start with negatives, and these are really hard to find.

Firstly, the rooms are a little dated but are clean, tidy and with a very comfortable bed and great view. The air-conditioning is also excellent.

Food and drink prices are high. So consider half board.

Which brings us on to our real highlight - the food, and the service. We have stayed in many hotels across the world, alot of them Accor group, as our preferred brand. The Rixos has the best food of ANY of the hotels we have stayed in. Yes, it is that good. The choice, and the quality is exceptional. Compliments must go to Ravi, the head chef. Just fabulous. And he was so friendly and helpful too!

And the staff that work in the restaurant are all absolutely fabulous. Special mention to Sachin, who was about as perfect as you can get, closely followed by Maya and Sujata. But all of them were brilliant.

So in summary, if you want a hotel with great views, a good position for getting in to the Old Town, lovely and quiet, comfortable rooms with the best food and service, then choose the Rixos. You will not be disappointed,

I’m writing this review while laying out on the deck of this incredible resort hotel staring out into the beautiful Adriatic Sea. This is the last night of our 10 day journey through Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, and we couldn’t have selected a better way to end the trip.

Everyone we’ve met at the Rixos are some of the friendliest, fun people who genuinely enjoy their jobs and provide that extra bit of extra special care to ensure that their guests have an experience that is nothing short of spectacular! Special shout outs to Natalia and Antonio, who really understand what Five Star service means and deserve recognition for it.

The accommodations in our suite and the views are the best of our trip and we’re very excited about the fresh seafood dinner being specially prepared for us tonight. I can’t say enough about this experience!

We had an amazing stay at Rixos Dubrovnik and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed in a Superior Room with Sea View, and waking up to that incredible view every morning was truly special.

The food throughout the hotel was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. A very thoughtful highlight was when we returned to our room on my birthday and found a birthday cake waiting for me, such a lovely surprise that made our stay even more memorable.

The staff were outstanding: super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their kindness really made the whole experience feel extra special.

We will definitely come back again in the future. And while you’re there, make sure to try the hotel’s fish restaurant, it’s absolutely the best!

Property was clean and spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Dubrovnik while celebrating our honeymoon. During our week-long trip along the coast of Croatia, we stayed at several different locations, and Rixos was by far our favorite stay of the entire trip.

The staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a complimentary honeymoon upgrade to a beautiful King Suite, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a heartfelt note along with champagne, fresh fruit, and cake waiting for us in our room.

The daily breakfast was outstanding with an incredible variety of options. We especially loved the omelet station, fresh fruit selections, smoked salmon, and the many other delicious choices available each morning.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the beach chair area because the weather was a bit chilly during our stay, but the views were absolutely stunning and still worth taking in.

I would highly recommend Rixos Dubrovnik to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.
