Excellent service but dated room
Pros:

The hotel has many excellent features. Firstly, all the staff were friendly and helpful: they arranged an appointment I needed unexpectedly instantly. Secondly, the food, breakfast and dinner, served at the Turquoise restaurant was very delicious. Thirdly, the equipments in the gym were maintained very well. Its cleanliness and replenishment of water were good.
Being branded as ‘premium’, I have to spot its flaws. Firstly, the room desperately needs a refresh: the decoration/furniture is peeling off, the floorboards are loose and the drainage in the bathtub is slow. The bedside lights were not working during our stay but they were replaced quickly. Secondly, the spa could benefit from a renovation too: the seal of the sauna, tiles/walls of the pool areas, the rest area and even the ventilation in the toilets. Thirdly, one of the table tennis tables needs a net assembly. Lastly, it is a slight shame only tap water is included for free for dinner at the Turquoise restaurant.

Odmor za dušu
Pros:

Vraćamo se već treći put, zbog toga nam je ukazan i znak pažnje - upgrade u Deluxe sobu. Svaka čast Rixos osoblju i menadzmentu. Trenutno nije sezona i što se nas tiče savršeno vrijeme za doći. Opušteno je, spa kao i uvijek izvrstan, hrana i dalje na visokom nivou... pravi odmor za dušu! Upravo zbog manje gostiju se još više potrude i za male željice. Hvala Rixosu, vidimo se opet uskoro!

PS: prve godine sam se požalila na fen za kosu, sada je u Deluxe sobi bio noviji adekvatan, volim takve sitne napretke 🥰

Fantastic Hotel, great location
Pros:

Staff were polite, friendly and attentive. Location was good, set amongst the cliff face with only a 20 minute walk into the Old Town. Hotel was a 30 minute transfer from the Airport.

Cons:

Pricing for drinks and bar food within the Hotel was quite extortionate. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied day to day as the same hot food was served. Spa Treatments were overpriced and off putting.

Pros:

The most positive part of the stay was the wellness area, especially the wide selection of teas and the friendly reception. The breakfast offered a fairly good variety, although I would expect a higher level of service from a five‑star hotel.
I stayed in a standard room, which was clean and had a nice balcony with a sea view. Overall, the room was average, but not 5 star. The location is excellent, with the city centre just a short distance from the hotel.

Cons:

I understand that we are talking about Dubrovnik, which is not the cheapest destination, but the food and beverage prices felt quite high. Additionally, I believe the rooms—especially the standard ones—would benefit from at least a soft renovation.

Nous avion reservé la navette pour laeroport 48h a l'avance pour un depart a 4h30 a 5h toujour perssonne un taxi a 5h05 enfin pour 35 minute de route et un avion a 6h voiyé par vous meme le stres ces tres chere le bouble dailleur il ya un peut dabut
