Pros:

スタッフのホスピタリティが素敵すぎた！！
室内おしゃれだし朝食の種類が今まで泊まったホテルでダントツで多かった！

The hotel is dated. Staff was a bit short for our arrival. Parked the car and offloaded our bags myself.

Amazing view, good amenities with not so great cleaning
Pros:

The staff (especially Natalia from the reception!).
It certainly has its strong points - obviously the view, sea access and beach area, the spa is also nice.

Cons:

The cleaning is not great.. towels were not changed even after putting them on the floor. They just made the bed without any additional cleaning, which is unacceptable for a 5stars hotel..
The breakfast can be a bit better (ie the veggies tasted super cheap), but it’s decent overall.

Ein gut geführtes Komforthotel in der Nähe der Altstadt.
Pros:

Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Bei Schönwetter konnte man auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer frühstücken.
Man erreicht die Altstadt in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer. Es war geräumig mit bequemen Betten und einem schönen Meerblick. Leider hatte das Badezimmer keine Tür und das WC war nur durch eine Pendeltür aus Glas getrennt.

Fantastic
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff are so polite and helpful. Diana and Denz were brilliant. The hotel itself is beautiful and in such a fabulous setting. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious balconies. Breakfast was so good, so much choice and very attentive staff. There are really no negatives at all. Loved it

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, from the moment we entered we were met by friendly, polite staff who were very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very spacious and clean with great toiletries. The pool area is fantastic with lots of comfy sunbeds and chairs around the sea wall, the spa is also very good with extra amenities not seen in previous hotel spas. The breakfast was excellent, especially the pastries, every item you could think for breakfast was available and very tasty. The hotel is perfectly sited a short 20 minute walk into the Old Town. As we had a 7 day Dubrovnik pass we used the buses to come and go, we found walking to the cross roads was better than waiting for the Nos 4, as you could catch any bus into and out of the Old Town without waiting. The Rixos is a perfect base for visiting Dubrovnik as you are very close but with the feel of a relaxing bases to return to for a pool day, best of both worlds for us.
