كانت إقامتي في ريكسوس دوبروفنيك لمدة ثلاثة ليالٍ مميزة جدًا، وأحببت أن أكتب هذا التقييم من واقع تجربة شخصية طويلة مع سلسلة ريكسوس. فأنا أعرف ريكسوس منذ أكثر من عشرين عامًا، وخلال زياراتي إلى تركيا كان ريكسوس بريميوم دائمًا من اختياراتي المفضلة، سواء في بيليك أو كيمير. لذلك فأنا من الأشخاص الذين يمكن أن يسافروا من بلد إلى آخر خصيصًا من أجل فندق يعرفون أنه سيقدم لهم التجربة التي يبحثون عنها.

هذه المرة كنت بمفردي، وجئت بعد فترة متعبة لأقضي ثلاثة أيام من الراحة والاسترخاء، وكانت الإقامة فعلًا كما تمنيت وأكثر. موقع الفندق وإطلالته على البحر رائعان، والبحر كان دافئًا وجميلًا، والأجواء بشكل عام مثالية للراحة.

أما الطعام فكان بالنسبة لي من أبرز ما يميز الإقامة. كانت إقامتي مع الإفطار والعشاء، والبوفيه في الوجبتين كان متنوعًا جدًا وغنيًا بالأصناف، والطعام لذيذ بشكل استثنائي. كما أن توفر خيارات حلال كان أمرًا مهمًا ومريحًا بالنسبة لي.

وتجربة السبا كانت رائعة أيضًا. جربت للمرة الأولى عناية بالوجه وأعجبتني جدًا، لدرجة أنني عدت في اليوم التالي لعناية أخرى بالوجه مع مساج للجسم. كما كانت تجربة الحمام التركي مميزة جدًا وأكملت أجواء الاسترخاء التي جئت من أجلها.

ومن التفاصيل الجميلة التي ستبقى في ذاكرتي أجواء الموسيقى الحية؛ عزف البيانو صباحًا أثناء الفطور، والموسيقى الحية مساءً، والتي أضافت لمسة راقية ودافئة جدًا إلى الإقامة وجعلت أوقات الطعام أكثر متعة.

الطاقم لطيف جدًا، والخدمة ممتازة، وهناك اهتمام واضح براحة الضيف والتفاصيل الصغيرة. وحتى في يوم المغادرة، وبما أن رحلتي كانت مساءً، كان تعاون الفندق رائعًا عندما سمحوا لي بتسجيل مغادرة متأخر، وهو أمر قدّرته كثيرًا وجعل يومي الأخير أكثر راحة.

أرى أن الفندق مناسب جدًا للعائلات والأطفال، وفي الوقت نفسه مثالي لمن يبحث عن الهدوء والراحة والاسترخاء.

أنا بطبيعتي لست ممن يكررون الإقامة في الفندق نفسه، لكن ريكسوس دوبروفنيك كان استثناءً حقيقيًا. جئت هذه المرة وحدي لأرتاح، لكنني بالتأكيد سأعود مع عائلتي. كانت إقامة جميلة، راقية ومريحة، وتركت لدي انطباعًا يجعلني أتطلع فعلًا إلى العودة

We very much enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik. But Rixos is not a Premium hotel and certainly is not a 5* hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and pleasant room and balcony.

Good choice of food at breakfast.

Walking distance to and from Old Town and Lapad centre.

Cons:

Outdated bathroom. Had to step into the bath for a shower.
Extractor fan was not working along with toilet light.

Lightbulb in bedside lamp was not working.

Curtains did not fit the full window so light was able to shine through in the morning.

USB charger was not working.

Our room was 1715 and the fire doors were constantly slamming, very annoying at night and early morning.

All activity outside our room was
heard clearly even after putting the robes against the bottom of the door.

Stained sunbeds.
