Homewood Suites by Hilton East Rutherford - Meadowlands, NJ

Front desk is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. All the rooms have been redone and they have new exercise equipment. Their breakfast has only choices all good. I had a particular issue I was getting dressed for a wedding and my zipper was broken. My husband and I together couldn’t get the zipper above a certain spot. I had to call down to the Desk they sent Denise the manager up who was very patient and helpful and very nice shout out to Denise for being a great assistant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

10 minutes away from American Dream ( which was what we came here for ), close to shopping centers and restaurants. The room is spacious and I love that it has a microwave & little kitchen. When we come back to American Dream would definitely stay here again

The staff was AMAZING! So accommodating and professional every encounter. Always nice when we interacted. This hotel had wonderful breakfast offerings. I never expected chicken tinga! DELICIOUS! The rooms were very clean and spacious. A full refrigerator and stovetop gives you options to prepare your own meals. A supermarket just feet away from the hotel was convenient. You also have a Panera Bread and Krispy Kreme steps away. I enjoyed the stay so much I extended it TWICE! I will return.

I enjoyed the amenities and being able to easily get to and from my concert based on the location.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We requested an early check-in at 10:30 and was accommodated for this. We also asked for a room above the second floor and was given a sixth floor room with a view of the Manhattan skyline. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The breakfast there are great, and was able to eat breakfast properly. The room is alright despire having two rooms. The room is clean and well organized.

The front desk manager, Dennise, was truly amazing. So professional, gpod natured, great w/ young children and very helpful. I stay in many hotels throughout the year and I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review for a staff person but I really wanted her to receive the recognition she deserves for excellent customer service. A skill that is sorely lacking these days but one that is truly appreciated when experienced. Thank you Dennise. I also really enjoyed the fitness center- wide variety of equipment including a working sauna. The suites were spacious and very comfortable. Loved the variety of food and drink in the store and that breakfast was served during a 5 hr window giving plenty of time to partake in the free meal.

What a terrific hotel! We had a two room suite with a full kitchen, large closet, many drawers and shelves even in the bathroom, and two large TVs. The hotel is extremely clean, the pool is great, all the people are so nice including Calista and Brian at the front desk. An amazing breakfast with the usual (eggs, cereals, oatmeal) but how about a full taco bar with flour and corn tortillas and about 8 toppings including shredded chicken. Vegan overnight oats with oat milk as well as chia pudding with oat milk. Delicious muffins, coffee cake, donuts, and a variety of bagels with lovely fresh toppings like whipped cream cheese and orange marmalade. Coffee machine in the room and fresh coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times. Free parking as well. Cannot wait to return!

Convenient location especially to the nearby attractions that we traveled for. Although we didn’t make it to breakfast, I liked that it was an option. The price of the suite fits the room, location and amenities.

Ich bin so froh, dass wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden haben für unsere Reise nach New York. Es ist weitaus günstiger und sehr viel grösser als die Hotels in NYC. Ich hatte mir Sorgen wegen dem Verkehr gemacht gehabt. Aber es stellte sich heraus, dass die Buslinien (160, 163, 164) ihre eigene Bus Lane haben und somit bleibt man nicht im NY-Verkehr stecken (auch nicht in der Peak-Season). Der Eingang des Hotels ist warm und einladend. Das Personal ist TOP! Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit, haben sofort agiert, als wir Hilfe brauchten und haben auch alle Probleme lösen können. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, TOP-sauber und beinhaltete alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht (ausser am 25.12, damit das Personal Zeit mit der eigenen Familie verbringen kann) und die Reinigungsfachkräfte haben sich echt Mühe gegeben. Das Bett war himmlisch bequem! Die Küche war weitaus reicher ausgestattet, als dass ich es erwartet hätte. WLAN hat meistens sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach TOP. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten an der Busstation. Von da aus sind es dann ca. 20min Busfahrt nach NYC. Ausserdem hat es Aldi in der Nähe für Schnelleinkäufe. Das Frühstück war auch für uns Vegetarier meist vielfältig. Der Kaffee, der 24/7 zur Verfügung steht, ist echt gut. Dieses Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt nur noch besser gemacht und wir würden erneut dieses Hotel buchen. Als Pluspunkt ist man auch in der Nähe von American Dream/Nickelodeon Universe, das man eventuell noch am letzten Tag besuchen kann. Hierzu durften wir auch unser Gepäck an der Rezeption gratis deponieren. Danke für alles!
