Friendly Staff. The surroundings were quiet.
No restaurant at the location. No breakfast. No hot water (available electrical kettle), only in the reception area. My room had a very loud AC; I switched to another room in the middle of the night, but the same problem persisted. The next day, they found me a room with a normal AC unit.
Nothing we come in late then we got a call from front desk at 5am saying we had a water leak shut the water off had to fight to get a shower before we left staff was horrible

Everything was perfect
The bed is too high at least for me.

We checked in. Went to room and it had NOT been cleaned. Trash still in room. Bed still a mess, etc. went back down to desk. No rooms available otherwise. Wanted us to wait until the front desk person cleaned the room. We had been at the hospital all day and were exhausted. I wasn’t going to wait. I found another room at a different 100% nicer and cheaper hotel. We canceled and said we were going elsewhere. Still have not received a refund and they charged more than what I booked it for. We had talked to a bus driver first as the front desk person was no where to be found. He said that was the 2nd time that night he had been told a room was not cleaned.

Bed was too bouncy! Shower water was hard to shut off!
The staff was excellent. The young man at Check in was professional, friendly and cordial. The young lady at check out at 5:00 a.m. was bright and cheerful. What a pleasant experience having a good morning greeting and smile at 5 a.m.
Sink didn’t drain, dark bathroom. Bathroom needs a brighter bulb.
The beds were too soft. The elevator, lobby floors needed cleaning.
