We checked in. Went to room and it had NOT been cleaned. Trash still in room. Bed still a mess, etc. went back down to desk. No rooms available otherwise. Wanted us to wait until the front desk person cleaned the room. We had been at the hospital all day and were exhausted. I wasn’t going to wait. I found another room at a different 100% nicer and cheaper hotel. We canceled and said we were going elsewhere. Still have not received a refund and they charged more than what I booked it for. We had talked to a bus driver first as the front desk person was no where to be found. He said that was the 2nd time that night he had been told a room was not cleaned.

Good value, good nights rest and excellent location. The staff was excellent.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. The young man at Check in was professional, friendly and cordial. The young lady at check out at 5:00 a.m. was bright and cheerful. What a pleasant experience having a good morning greeting and smile at 5 a.m.

Cons:

Sink didn’t drain, dark bathroom. Bathroom needs a brighter bulb.

Cons:

No clean towels are wash clothes had to turn my old towels in to get clean set we had to take them to the front desk to get clean ones NO Room service at all for 4 days no toilet paper only 1/2 roll will never book here again going to call my credit card about this one.

Pros:

It was close to the ball field where grandson had a tournament. It was adequate, nothing exceptional. Over priced for low amenities

Cons:

No pool, no breakfast, no coffee except in the lobby, and the diner next door was not good. Only one very friendly employee to take orders bus tables and cook! Food was mediocre at best, but the employee was nice.

the staf is so nice and very helpful. I really liked that.

no breakfast but walking distance 24 hr cafe was nice clean and decent food

Cons:

the carpet in the room had unpleasant order. Need to be cleaned and deodorized
