Worth the money, very nice and clean hotel

Great Hotel
Pros:

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Everything was great.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the location of the liquid hand soap in the bathroom. It was a stretch for short adult.

WE will not return.
Pros:

Grant and Lorraine at the front desk were great .Lorraine moved us to a quieter room after an ungodly nite of LOTS of outside noise.

Cons:

We didn t get towels the next day, both showers leaked, breakfast ran out of food several times, dining room was not notified of how many were there. people taking food back to their rooms, rowdy kids from pool got elevators soaked, lots of homecoming kids in parking lot next store being rowdy with mind blowing rap music from 10 pm to after 1 am. state police made the scene twice and did NOTHING BUT DRIVE THRU. NO management or maint. on duty. I had a talk with Dawn after she showed up at 9 am. She apologized and gave us credit for the HELL raising night. Several housekeepers said that they are quitting. I see why.

Pros:

Room and breakfast was great.

Our complaint was with the amenities listed on the booking part said for our room a roll away bed was available and free.
When we got there the worker said that for our room it was not available. I pulled up the hotel.com page with my room specifically where it showed in 2 different spots available and the gentleman said his manager specifically said it was not a available and I’d have to call Monday to discuss.
