Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mobile Daphne/Eastern Shore

Well went you walked in the hotel lobby was clean and smelled good. We were giving a room on the 3rd floor once on the 3rd floor the hotel smelled old musky. Our room the 2 tvs did not work. The furniture looked like they had been working on something and just left. We booked this hotel for the pool i commented that at the front desk they stated they hoped we enjoyed it. My husband and kids went down to try the pool, it was green and hot tub wasn't working. When I call the desk to request another room, the stated they were full and the maintenance worker was gone.
I will not be staying fairfield again.

Ants in the room, mold on shower curtain, A/C was struggling to cool. Was told they would give me Marriott Bonvoy bonus points for my bad stay and never received them. Indoor pool chlorine was super strong and made my kids eyes very red and burning.

Booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it was broken. The very nice lady at the front desk said I could use the one at Courtyard which is in the same parking lot, but there's was broken also. Room was so so, the bathtub was dirty and the pillows were definitely well used. Very flat and not comfortable. At breakfast all the "hot" food was still cold especially the eggs and the juice machine was broken. Pretty pricey for just a bed.

The front desk personnel didn’t stop eating while she checked us in. Breakfast was not available because staff didn’t show up

Check in time was 3 hours later than scheduled check in! Should have been able to check in at 3p. Arrived at 550pm and rooms weren't ready till 610p.

I booked a King studio with sofa bed thru Booking .com. When I arrived they said they had overbooked and gave my room to someone else. I was given a 2 double bed room. I am still not happy at all. I will not ever stay at a Fairfield Inn again. It is terrible that I can’t depend on getting the room I book. I shouldn’t have had to pay since I didn’t get the room that was booked.

The pool was dirty and it smelled nasty the water

Only one hand towel in room that was booked for two, no tissues in room, no liners in the trash cans in the room

Booked on Booking.com. Upon arrival staff stated that they don’t think they had any available rooms. Something about dirty rooms being show as available even though they are reserved. Waited in lobby delaying dinner plans as they tried to see if they could find room. Eventually found a room and we checked in. It was also unfortunate that police and coroner’s office were removing a body at the same time. Registered for 3 ppl and only had 2 towels in the room. In the morning went to desk to get another towel and was told they don’t have any and “they are not ready yet.”
