Really awesome stay. Everything done right.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. We stayed in 5 hotels this week while traveling and the breakfast selection was the best. It was the only one with English muffins and the most selection of toppings for the oatmeal.

Terrible experience, will not be back to this hotel.
Pros:

The location was good, the hotel was clean. That is ALL the positive things I can say, because the rest of our experience from beginning to end was horrible.

Cons:

The front desk clerk was extremely rude, we were told we could not pay with cash because she had no change to break a bill in her drawer, the hotel had NO hot water due to a pipe leaking issue from earlier in the day, which NO ONE made us aware of until after we had been checked in for a while and I went to get a couple of extra towels, and that is when I was informed of the hot water situation. The next morning we STILL had no hot water, never once did anyone say as much as an I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
