We had roaches we couldn’t check in early from our 12 hr drive and the spa part of the pool was broke the sink had no hot water

Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of room. Extra amenities like shampoo, and conditioner. Loved the make-up wipes. Great shower.

Cons:

Jacuzzi was out of order and wrapped with caution tape like a crime scene. Pool hours were noon to 9 pm. Pool was inside should be available at all times. Bed was hard.

Disappointed
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

Upon arriving to my room, it was very stuffy, and the floors were gritty as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped. In the bathroom, there was hair in the toilet, sink, and tub. The room was also very dusty. I had to sanitize the room myself, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is in need of significant updating.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, staff was helpful . The area itself was beautiful ( even though it was raining) And the beaches were a very close drive , the water was absolutely beautiful

Cons:

The shower water did not get hot , I would say a little above luke warm

Pros:

Very convenient location. Only problem was the vacay was to short! See you next time and thanks for a great stay.
