Cons:

Once I got to the hotel they charged more. The lady that checked us in was very rude. I booked through booking dot com. Which said I was paid in full. But once I got to the hotel , they charged more. I was very upset. She told me I needed to look at the plaque on the wall. And I told her , it's hard to see the plaque from my home state. She told me I was disrespecting her.\nAnd was gonna cancel my room. After driving for 2 days i felt like she was disrespecting me.. Twice

This is a very nice hotel with pleasant staff, clean room and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The desk attendant was very pleasant and the common areas were very clean, as well as the room. The bed was very comfortable.

Prices were fair

Cons:

Floor was water logged, changed rooms due to door malfunction and when staff was communicated with, they gave tremendous attitude and were unprofessional. My deposit was held for no apparent reason also.

Location is good, but you can find something nicer.
Pros:

The Location and that's it.

Cons:

Staff could be trained a little more. The lady in front was just plain and dry. I don't expect a 5 star service from here, but at least the staff can try to be more personable. Coffee pot was always cold. No attempt from any personnel to assist. Thank G, they have waffle, or else Breakfast is trash. Microwave is rusted and safe box is sitting there dusty.

Will never spend money on Comfort Inn again.
Pros:

It was close to areas we wanted to go to.

Cons:

The staff was RUDE, all of them. Our room was dirty, had people’s trash from a previous stay, and had other people’s old food in our room. Wouldn’t give us extra towels. There was no soap in the bathrooms. Our room was never cleaned by staff during our stay. They wouldn’t give us pillows for the pull out couch, only a sheet and blanket. The pillows on the bed smelled like body odor. The breakfast was “out” at 7am and didn’t get refilled, everything stayed empty. When I asked for food to be brought out, employee brought out frozen biscuits. When we brought stuff to an employees attention they were very rude and unprofessional and one of the things an employee said was “do you know how to read?”

Not worth it.
Pros:

This hotel was not bad, but not great either. They said there would be soft and firm pillows, but honestly I didn't feel any. The room was dirty in many places, and the beds were not that good. Location was great, especially for people going on boat tours. The breakfast was mediocre with minimal variety. Honestly, this was not worth the $175 a night we paid for this room.
