Great location, modern rooms, just cold showers, cold pool, busted hot tub.

Nice room, good location to beach

Cons:

No working hot tub, freezing cold pool, breakfast items scarce, courtesy coffee in lobby cold, shower pressure and water temp were low.

Run far away. Have definitely stayed in better can’t say I’ve stayed in worse….

Leaving the hotel.

Cons:

From the moment we got there, our sink did not drain. We had to call the front desk. They sent maintenance. It was clogged up full of hair. Our air conditioner also did not work. We also contacted the front desk and we were told we needed to give it time because the humidity is high. We left and came back several hours later. The air was still not working. The TV would not connect so the front desk came up to the room and tried to connect. The TV still did not work and he swears the AC worked. It still did not work put us in a new room across the hall. The new room had hair all over the shower curtain and long dark hair in the bathtub. There was rust all over the door frame and the wall of the bathroom. The sauna or hot tub was closed because it was broken and disgusting, the exercise room all of the exercise equipment was broken except for the weights. And breakfast day one was OK however there were no breads or toast to go with the white gravy there was no orange juice and no sugar free syrup options for those that might need other options day two was even worse. There was no milk for the cereal. There was cereal scattered everywhere. There was no pastries, nor breads of any sort there was no sausage. There was no waffle batter this was at 8:30 and breakfast didn’t close until 9 o’clock and still no orange juice.

Quiet and safe. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm & cozy.
