J’ai réservé avec mai deux petit bb petit déjeuner inclus le jour de départ il me dit de payer pour les bb quelle honte de faire payer mai deux enfant alors la chambre que j’ai réservé pour deux adultes et deux bb et petit déjeuner inclus comment on peu inclure pour les adultes et pas les enfants

What I didn't like about this establishment was the reception at the reception of the breakfast. A staff member was unpleasant.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé dans cette établissement c’est l’accueil à la réception du petit déjeuner. Un membre du personnel était désagréable.

Then, he was asked to sign an invoice at the end of each breakfast. The reason: the manager replied that it was for their inventory. While at the entrance his staff recorded each person before entering the room. This was extremely disconcerting because signing a document entitled "invoice" with mentioned "amount due" you understand the customer's concern to find himself paying at the end of his stay for services already included in the offer select in booking.
