There was nothing I didn't like, but there are areas that could be done better.
We had a two bedroom apartment on the top floor. There was an open plan kitchen/living room, tv in each room, fridge, hob, bathroom with shower over bath. Decor was tired but functional. Huge balcony with sea views was amazing, just a shame there is construction next door.
Housekeeping was a little inconsistent so sometimes towels weren't changed and room wasn't cleaned. But you can get towels by asking the reception.
Reception staff are generally efficient but could be friendlier. Just passing the time of day whilst dealing with something would make the hotel feel better.
Breakfast was good, no issues.
Take earplugs if you're a light sleeper due to music from bars and construction noise in morning.
Overall, hotel looks a little tired, but for the money and location, in my opinion, is a bargain and I'd happily stay again. Great option for mates, perhaps not so great for some families, couples.

Limpeza. Os funcionaria podiam ser mais simpáticos. Hotel com um potencial gigante mas muito datado! Falta dinamismo e é pouco convidativo!

Reception 24/24 mais assez longue attente lors de mon Check in (j’étais la seule et il était 21h). Pas de wifi à mon arrivée… j’ai du attendre le surlendemain pour avoir accès au wifi de l’hôtel. Ensuite, j’ai été changée de chambre en milieu de la semaine, pour des « problèmes d’eau au deuxième étage ». Arrivée dans la seconde chambre, au premier étage cette fois-ci, je n’ai pas eu accès à l’eau pendant toute une journée.

Hotel muy viejo y mal cuidado. Las puertas no cierran bien, en el baño no hay enchufe, hay una mininevera vieja, ruidosa y oxidada directamente en el suelo, la calle es ruidosa y llena de gente que te acosan para comprarles cosas o te ofrecen "masajes". La piscina está prácticamente en la calle, solo la usan para hacer prácticas de buceo con oxígeno. El personal es incapaz de sonreír o de saludarte cuando pasas. No hay ascensor. La habitación poco iluminada, el agua caliente tarda 5 minutos en llegar. Es un 3 estrellas pero en España sería una pensión.

We couldn't get a room key each (if anyone of us would like to stay out a little bit later), we had to tell the receptionist to open the door for us. The pool was open 11-18. Would've been nice to take a quick swim after breakfast, or when arriving from all-day activities.

J’ai payé dix euros plus les taxes, j’ai dû partir un peu plus tôt le matin avant le petit déjeuner. Ils n’ont même pas été capable de me préparer une petite boxe bien que le petit déjeuner était compris. Je lui ai demandé la veille et on m’a dit que ce n’était pas possible je trouve ça surprenant et pas très commerçant.
