My stay at TIME Oak Hotel was exceptional! The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool area and gym were great for relaxing and staying active. The central location made exploring Dubai easy while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What stood out most was the outstanding service—every staff member made me feel truly valued. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

Very good service but dated and poorly maintained apartment

this is my second stay at Time Oak, i was offered room upgrade at this time and the room was fantastic and very large, thanks for the hotel management for their generosity. Time Oak is a great hotel located in quite and nice area, staff is very friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was amazing.

Lovely stay, the hotel is lovely and clean the staff are really helpful and friendly. The pool is heated, the gym has everything you want. The only thing I would say is when booking on this app even though I stated there was 2 adults and one child and no where to state I need an extra bed so I assumed it was within the price which actually it wasn’t. The rooms are a little dated but that didn’t concern us, all in all a good stay.

Was ok overall. Most important is the staff who are nice and friendly.

Hotel itself is well overdue a makeover, it looks tired and there are plenty of maintenance issues.

The hotel is a dry hotel, so no alcohol is served. Not a big deal but that isn’t forthcoming in their advertising and if you like a beer after work or a day out you’ll need to go out for that.

My apartment had a strong smell of Indian food for about a week, from the previous guests. The ceiling on the kitchen was leaking and some of the paint was falling on to the floor.

The sofas had clear and multiple grease marks on them where they hadn’t been cleaned for some time and the apartment itself is well overdue for a makeover.

Breakfast was ok and again the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The pool is nice.

We had an amazing three nights at time oak. The staff were brillaint and very friendly. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and the staff went over and above to make our few precious days amazing.

The hotel is a great location just 5 mins from the metro and easy access to the major sites.

The rooms are huge but could do with a refresh however you have everything you need.

The breakfast is great with lots of fresh choice.

Everything was perfect

Very nice hotel this is our third visit the last time being 2017 and it was still lovely! Polite and friendly staff clean rooms lots of free toiletries and towelling robe to use Pool was also very nice and quite in the evening .
Easy booking both in and out .
The area out side the hotel is getting a bit shabby and too many cards advertising massage services strewn around the area which was disappointing especially with children around but very near the Metro and The Greens so a good placement.

It was a nice stay. Staff very friendly.
The phone and some power plug in the room were not working.
