Comfortable, good price
Pros:

Very happily surprised, it looks older from the outside but very clean rooms. Comfy bed, excellent hot water.
Small extras made it more comfortable. Coffee, milk, kettle, toaster, microwave, shampoo etc.
We were on the second story and the veiw was fantastic.
Off street parking. Walking distance to numerous pubs.

Nice clean room, at a great price.
Pros:

Regular visitor to beautiful Launceston. Nice, clean room, comfortable beds in a handy location, ALL at a bargain price. We will be back.

Clean spacious very comfortable and the toilet separate from.the ensuite

I liked everything.

Just be aware if you are mobility challenged on unfit, it is on a very steep block for access.

Great central location, staff were friendly and helpful. Large room with a fridge and microwave. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Towels & linen good quality. Free parking.

Cons:

The carpark was sloped and not good if you have mobility issues.
