Great venue, friendly helpful staff
Bed wasn’t very comfortable
clean, good location, nice staff
Room looked just like it did in the photos, clean and cozy and good central location.
Handy to everything
Type of people that stayed there
Woken up one morning with couple fighting and screaming then heaps of bikies arrived the Friday arvo Bit confronting
The location was good. My room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. The staff member, Matthew, on reception was very friendly and informative when I was checking in.
Carpark is a little tricky to negotiate, and parking spaces could be a little wider to allow for the steepness, as it is difficult to stop doors from opening too wide when getting in/out.
Possibly not ideal for people with mobility issues due to the steps to access rooms, and the hillside location.
Location
It was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Not enough parking for all who are staying there. It’s first to get back at night gets a park or else you have to go find one out on the street.
Solid Walls between rooms and far away from Traffic noise made for a wonderfully quiet, restful sleep. Brilliant shower!
Nice and close to where I needed to be.
Matthew behind the desk was great. Friendly and very helpful in pointing me in the direction of local eating places if I need to dine out.
Position and cleanliness
People skills from reception
Very comfortable and clean, spacious family room. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Driveway and bit steep, but we have no accessibility issues.
Location
Room smelt badly of mould, very poorly maintained, torn fly screens, filthy bathroom, power pints without covers that had been painted over, excessive mould in bathroom had been painted over in an attempt to conceal it.
