Comfortable and clean.

Our stay at the Coach House was great. Matthew and his receptionist were very helpful to accommodate us and friendly. I would stay again.

Cons:

We are 81 and 83y old travellers. Our unit, 32 was on the top floor furthest away from our car park. Also we didn’t enjoy the hilly driveway.

Budget friendly, clean and centrally located.
Pros:

The room was large and very clean, with lovely views.
Matthew was friendly and eager to please.
A separate toilet is always nice when sharing.
Location was good, less than a 10 minute walk to town, for shopping, food and the beautiful City Park.

Cons:

The hotel is built into the side of a very steep hill, so beware there are lots of stairs with no elevator.

Very disappointed considering the price we paid. was very unreasonable.

Cons:

Room. Needs a good paint throughout. curtins could be better if they were not black. carpark is on a slope which made it difficult to get in and out of car especially with mobility issues. price for unit in its condition was totally unreasonable.

Pros:

Matt is the best, he attended to all my needs. Was very helpful when I accidentally left my key in the room.
Also I got the only room with spa

Cons:

Looks like the toilet cistern is not closing properly as you can hear the water continuously flowing. The facilities seem dated but very good nevertheless.

Pros:

All up, great value for money. Comfortable and spacious room with it's own bathroom. Great location within walking distance to attractions. Great pricing compared to other accommodation I have had. Matthew on reception was very polite and helpful, cheers and thanks.
