Cons:

Customer service was not friendship. Seemed annoyed we went in especially Wren we asked for toilet paper. I booked 4 rooms and was there 6 nights and on day 3 we asked for toilet paper for 3 of the rooms and he was... you've already gotten toilet paper. Also kept going out the entry because the exit is brutal on all cars bottoming out. Under the bed were not clean and broken table in mine

Comfortable room with a view over Launceston & walking distance to CBD.

Cons:

Launceston is hilly so I got a bit of exercise. Carport has a 15° slope on it.

Great panoramic views from the room. Good traditional interior of the room.

Cons:

Leaking and noisy mini fridge. Carpark on a very steep slope like any other accommodations in this area.

The choice of rooms and their facilities, service, and location, Coach House is a great value stay.
Pros:

Great sized room, mine with great views, good facilities, fridge, tv, air conditioning/heating etc, clean and with bonus plates and cutlery. Plus the microwave.. A great place to stay so close to Launceston bars and restaurants. Room was quiet and comfortable. Very welcoming and informative staff.

The gradient of the location, should be in the advertising. Would not like elderly with no car staying, way too steep.

Pros:

Near city center, accessible by bus or simply by walking. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. And great value for money.
