Glad we weren’t on the top floor. Stairs only.
Manager could be a little more friendly and welcoming. Overall helpful if you needed something though.

Great stay
Pros:

I was welcomed on arrival and given great recommendations on places to eat.
The room was spacious and had a great view. Plenty of parking available. If I needed anything staff were more than happy to oblige

Very helpful staff - Matthew specifically. The bed was comfortable, room clean, location close to central Launceston.

Cons:

It's a a very steep hill...that makes for a good view, however if you are mobility limited beware.
