Good, room for improvement
Pros:

Great location for the triathlon. Renovated en suite bathroom was nice, carpet and furniture clean and in good condition. Good Wi-Fi. Kitchen stocked well with items to self cater.

Cons:

Beds were hard, so hard they gave me pins and needles. Unable to split king bed so unable to provide twin configuration we required despite photos showing twins in 2 bedroom apartments. My 10 year old ended up sleeping on the couch. Main bathroom tired. Noisy probably due to busy weekend. Air con in main living room only. Nowhere to leave keys on early check out.

Very good.
Pros:

The room was very clean and tidy.The bed was great. We had a good view from the room. Very convenient for shops and restaurants.

Cons:

There was only one electrical plug available in the kitchen area . There are two electrical plug points but one is used by the wifi unit.

Nice short break. Lovely to sit and look at the ocean.
Pros:

Location- Fantastic Ocean view. Huge apartment. Very clean. Well equipped.

Cons:

Not the fault of the owner, but the goons gathering in their V8s until 2am right outside was unbearable. Fortunately we were able to use the back bedroom to avoid the noise. The guest booklet needs a thorough update. Instructions not accurate-eg WIFI, how to operate TV., location of rubbish bins (never found them-hidden behind gates?). Master bedroom could do with air conditioning.

Great views, great lcoation. Loved it!
Pros:

Loved the lcoation. Walking distance to main shopping strip and beach at Mooloolaba. Arrived after hours - super easy getting keys from lock box. We had ocean views from both the front and back of the building. Just amazing!

Cons:

Loved having two TVs, but really needed air con in both bedrooms. Also, some light bulbs weren't working.

Cons:

In booklet in room states ok to smoke on balcony...but they are now no smoking complex..also no signage outside to direct you to bbq, rubbish, smoking area....
