Good place

The hotel is old and renovation is in progress. Room size is big however, bedding quality in not at par with the other hotels.
Breakfast is OK, nothing great about it.

Lovely beach resort for a quick getaway from KL
A few things to consider to help guests have a better experience at the resort
1. The deck chairs around the pool need a water proof cushion cover to make sitting on them more comfortable
2. A few chairs or deck chairs near the beach area will allow guests to relax and enjoy the sea breeze

Great pool, but it closes at 7 pm. Not sure why a resort would have such limited hours.

I booked 3 rooms for me and my family. All 3 rooms were in very poor conditions and unclean. Kettle and the safety box were not working. Frig was noisy. Water was nonstop running in toilet tank. The only good thing about this hotel was the buffet breakfast and the swimming pool. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Nice view and convenient.need to take care and maintain the facility example door bell not functioning...some rooms the door cannot lock..

The hotel is quite decent. The swimming pools and slides are fun for the children.
The room is relative clean. Toilet not well maintained. The towel was broken, it can be repaired easily.

I hope mgmt would change the pillows cos it stained and smelly. Room 250. The rest ok

Beautiful sunset

Overall stay was good although the furniture might worth to be upgraded, but it was a good stay.

Nice big room, but had to ask for chairs to sit on the veranda. Friendly and helpful staff, but place shuts at 7 pm. Expedia said there was a gym and a bar. Gym had limited equipment with broken treadmill and air-conditioning that looked as it there was no intention of repair. Couldn't get a drink after 7pm. All told, poor value for money.

Many facilities (like Italian restaurant, Pub etc..) were still not operational.
Heater in room broke down twice.

We enjoyed the swimming pool and great place for young kids.. hotel is old but room is cleanen enough. No complain. But can be improved a bit.
Only one disappointment as we ordered room with extra bed but did not provided and after so many calls to room service they reluctantly provided the extra bed.
Breakfast was ok but i think due to less man power the service need to be improved. Topping up food and beverages are too slow. If you go for breakfast 9 am most of the dishes empty and no more topup. Need to improve on thT as well.
Overall enjoyed. Not that much complaints.

Check-in was friendly and helpful trying to sort out rooms for group 9 people.
Room looked ok. Security safe not working.
Shower no hot water. Called front desk and they told us to turn the sink water on and then there will be hot water in the shower. Waited for 10 minutes and still no hot water from the shower. Called again and demanded they send someone to fix it, then only it got the attention it needed.
Requested for a bucket of ice at the pool. Waited half an hour. Got fed up waiting, so went to kitchen to get it myself.
Breakfast buffet, most food finished by 9am. Asked if to be replenished, staff just gave a clueless look without giving clear answer. Even omelet station was abandoned. In the end, the food was not replenished. We just gave up with breakfast.
Stayed here many years ago. Service has significantly deteriorated.

The swimming pool and the beach was great. The cleanliness and the condition of the room was bad

The place is relatively in an old conditioned. Bedroom is spacious but the cleanliness on the balcony is filthy with bird droppings. Look at the front building veranda with same condition. Beach is nothing to rave on. Most f&b are closed. Buffet breakfast is mediocre. This place is mainly for gov or company team building, meeting events.

Rooms are rundown and aged. Broken sink and bath tub. Shower that require you to stand in the bath tub to bath. Floor that feels “sandy”. Breakfast food choices limited.

Breakfast was very good, the pool is clean and well maintained, but the only thing bothered was the room’s toilet
