Tv고장이고 객실바닥 장판 들떠 있고 너무 옛날식 인테리어. 수건도 정리정돈 안되어 있음.

요금 적당하고 방 넓고 깔끔해서 좋았음. 시설이 낡아도 관리가 잘되어 괜찮다고 생각하며, 다만 도어 방음이 잘 안되는게 아쉬움

The way this hotel is advertised on Expedia is a 3 star stay. This hotel is a 1-1.5 stars at best. To be quite frank this hotel is outdated, dirty and the room I was assigned showed its age. The bathroom itself was enough for me to check in and check right back out. The beds seemed clean, but I had a twin and my friend was given a full size which again was advertised as 2 doubles when I booked, the front desk barely spoke to me at check in and just handed me an old key card. This hotel desperately needs a renovation from the ground up- also, the pool they advertise, NOT in commission. Do not always believe the advertised pictures.

The property was in great disrepair. Room was very dirty including windows, bathroom (cracks, dirt, hair), broken closet doors. Outside the pool was dry and in disrepair, and even the flags flying were tattered and torn to shreds. This property needs some work to live up to its online pictures.

After seeing the room, we booked a different hotel and checked out.

너무 오래된 호텔이라 칙칙함과 냄새는 조금 났지만 교통이 좋아서 선택하게된 숙소입니다
프론트에 안내해 주는 여직원의 머리와 복장이 불량했고,티비가 안나와서 콜을 했더니 결국 오지 않더라구요
덕분에 일찍 취침했습니다

우선 낡은건 이해할 수 있지만 관리가 정말 너무 안되어있습니다. 화장실이랑 객실사이에 유리창은 거기서 무슨 짓을 했는지 손바닥 자국이 많이 나있고 너무 더러웠습니다. 화장실 슬라이딩 도어도 고장나서 닫히지않고 활짝 열려버리고 침대 매트리스도 진짜 너무 심한 상태.. 에어컨도 내 마음대로 온도 조절할 수 없고 중앙냉방식이라 하고 객실내 커튼, 바닥 먼지가 먼지가.....

연식은 다소 있어 낡아보였지만
썩어도 준치라고 이천의 관광호텔답게 관리가 잘 되어있었고
침구도 깨끗하고 냄새도 안났다.
직원들도 친절하였고 온천수가 공급되서 샤워후 피부도 좋아진 것 같았다.
담배냄새도 없었고 객실도 넓은 편으로 일부 리모델링도 되어 있어 불편한 점 없이 잘 쉬고 갔다.
대실운영하는 인근의 모텔들 보다 쾌적하고 좋았다.
