Location great, focus needs to be on customer service and cleaning

Location, walk across the road to the monorail

Cons:

The room was dirty and tired. The staff were mostly slow and grumpy, with the exception of one of the concierge who was great, always welcoming and made our little one feel special.

The pool area isn’t ideal, when there’s more than a handful of people there, the dinners are in the water, it’s not obvious where you get towels and there isn’t anywhere to put your belongings that you don’t want to get wet.

Location is good. Near monorail station.

Cons:

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The furniture feels old and outdated, and the rooms are surprisingly small for a hotel advertised as five-star.

The housekeeping service was also below expectations. Simple requests took a long time to be handled, which became frustrating during the stay.

Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel, especially considering the price and positioning. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Overall good, small things can make the courtyard area more usable.
Pros:

Excellent location. Friendly staff. On site complimentary parking. Good choice of restaurants. Pool is nice and there is on-site gym. Room is well equipped.

Cons:

The design of the bathroom not being fully separated with a closed door is very frustrating (not only this hotel, many others as well) - makes things so noisy, esp in the middle of the night. Washroom was a bit smelly. The 'courtyard' area was very nice, but a fan would make it much more useful given Singapore's weather.

so far so good, just OKAY
Pros:

Only location I like because it is so convenience to go every attraction point, for example to go : skyline luge - 7 min, Universal Studio - 7 mins, Hyper Drive Go Kart - 7 min by walk.

Cons:

The Rooms aren't clean, the decoration old and also OVER PRICE, if cheaper, you will accept all the disadvantages.

La ubicación y el baño. El baño está genial.

Cons:

El sofá cama no se puede llamar así. Para un hotel de este nivel y precio no es de recibo poner una cama así. No sé queda plana, no hay casi sábana y edredón (son enanos) y sólo había una almohada.

Best hotel to stay in Sentosa!
Pros:

I love the high ceiling, the luxurious feel, smell and look of this hotel, the big bath tub. The workers are all so helpful especially to Donald who warmly welcomed us and accomodated our requests. The beddings are so big & comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed the free drinks & snacks in the room, we also requested for a room overlooking the Imbiah stn and oh my boys enjoyed the scene! My most favortite apart from the location is the strong rainfall shower and how quick the water drains! This is the best shower, big swimming pool, strongest water pressure and good smelling shampoo & soap we ever had! We will stay again!
