Pros:

Perfect location, right across from Imbiah station for Sentosa express, which made all travel very convenient. Easy access to Vivocity to connect to Metro system.

Happy stay.

Pros:

The room was good, similar to a business hotel.
The bed was large and comfy.
I liked the fact that we could use the outdoor swimming pool.

Cons:

I would classify this place as a standard 4 stars business hotel, but definitely not like a 5 stars resort.
The room with courtyard are not offering a lot of privacy considering that people can see into your room from the opposite building.

Pros:

The property is just located on sentosa internal train station. Location wise it’s good. Staff is very helpful,

Cons:

I didn’t like room maintenance, overall cleanliness, smell in the room and corridor, amenities were old and less properly working.

Reasonably comfortable stay at a premium price
Pros:

Facility was directly across from the Imbiah Station for quick access to Sentosa Island as well as back to the mainland via VivoCity/Harbourfront transit hub. The A/C was excellent. The staff was very attentive. We were able to use the large table/meeting room downstairs without any issue/hassle from the staff. For a family of 3 the layout was suitable but the sofabed has to be laid out on the floor essentially cutting off access from the master bedroom to the entrance (and you have to move through the bathroom).

Cons:

Soundproofing was inadequate. We heard talking neighbors, screaming kids, and plenty of outside noise.
The light switch system inside the room was also kludgy...the switch next to the entrance only controls some lights while the master panel next to the master bed controls all lights yet there isn't a switch inside the bathroom at all.

For the money I spent here, I would get much better service in a 3 star hotel in Batam.
Pros:

Location was convenient to visit sentosa attractions.

Cons:

Poor staff service - not pleasant in their responses. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner. Corridor was not clean. Tea bags in the room were quite old. Overall poor experience.

Beautiful and central!
Pros:

The bed and pillows were amazing!!! Such a treat after a long trip. The air con was absolutely the best!! So cold that we even had to turn it off during the night. The swimming pool was amazing!

Cons:

We had a lot of ants in our room. Which wasn't ideal. Also the bed that the kids were in wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped specially with how much money we had paid per night.
