Pros:

Room was a good size; King bed was a western sized bed.
Centrally located to majority of attractions on Sentosa Island. Hotel is directly opposite a station.
Hotel has a free Shuttle bus to/from Vivo City on mainland.
Checked us in very early, which was appreciated.

Cons:

The bed was too hard for us.
Unfortunately, our room was located straight opposite the external access door to the floor, so when people entered or left the floor, we could hear the door bang closed.
At reception you still need to use the online system to check in. Reception person assists you with the steps, but without them it would take a lot longer.

Excellent stay, Exceptional Staff, Outstanding Service and Perfect Location!
Pros:

Perfect location for all the resorts on island! Staff very polite and well informed on every aspect of Sentosa and very helpful for dining, swimming, events, locations and such pleasant personalities - felt right at home!

Cons:

The breakfast could expand to more westerners cuisine preferences, full English breakfast, white toast with real butter. The sausage plate tasted more like spaghetti which didn’t sit well early in the morning. More juice options and optional fruit bar which would probably reduce waste as we can select our own fruit and other fruits are touching each other. The eggs were quite cold, maybe an omelette option would be more suitable for a complete breakfast.

Great location. Most splendid spa
Pros:

Spa is fantastic. Very good service, such nice ambience too. Proximity to Imbiah Station, just cross road.

Cons:

The old man staff at breakfast counter is quite rude. "Follow me" "Sit" instead of "Please, follow me". "Have a seat" etc. Ala carte breakfast is very nice
