Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

The staff at this hotel were exceptional — warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Staff Riduan checked us into the hotel. We made small talks during the checked in process . I briefly mention that this stay was meant for my daughter birthday celeration that is coming up in a few days time. They went the extra mile to arrange a birthday surprise for my daughter and it absolutely made her day. Small touches like this show how much they care about their guests. A fantastic experience for families, and highly recommended! Thank you Riduan!

Our family of four (with kids aged 10 and 12) recently stayed at Oasia Resort Sentosa for a night, and it was the perfect choice after a long, high-energy day at Universal Studios Singapore (USS).

The Check-In & Service
We arrived early at 8:30 AM, and the hotel was kind enough to let us drop off our heavy bags so we could head straight to the parks. When we finally returned to check in at 8:30 PM, we were exhausted, but Mr. Riduan at the front desk completely turned our mood around. He greeted us with such genuine warmth and sincerity; you could really feel he cared about our experience.

As a Muslim family, we were concerned about Halal breakfast options. Mr. Riduan went above and beyond, suggesting several great nearby alternatives since the hotel’s internal breakfast wasn't Halal-certified. That kind of personalized service is rare!

The Location
You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s located at Imbiah Station, which is just one stop away from Resorts World (where USS is). The walk from the station to the hotel lobby is only about 2–3 minutes. Plus, the Sentosa Express monorail was free, which made moving around the island a breeze.

The Room
The environment is very exclusive and quiet—a nice escape from the crowds at the theme parks. The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very premium. It definitely felt like great value for money.

My Tips for Future Guests:
• Pre-register: Keep an eye out for the pre-registration email the hotel sends before you arrive. It makes the actual check-in process much faster when you’re tired at night!
• Baggage Drop: If you’re heading to USS, arrive early and drop your bags at the concierge like we did. It saves you so much hassle.
• Halal Dining: Ask the staff for recommendations! They are very knowledgeable about the nearby dining options at Village Hotel or the RWS area.

Terrible service. Family suite too overpriced for what you get. Check in not ready at 3pm as mentioned. Staff smoking in facilities. Suite was not set up for 3 people. There are better hotels in the area for better price and service.

Great Location. Good Rooms. Great Staff. Negatives - Room walls are just too too thin and any disturbance or noise from neighbouring rooms is a huge problem. Also food in the restaraunt was very bland and over priced.

Had a mishap with the booking as wasnt made aware that family rooms and double rooms were in a completely different building. Luckily, the reception staff namely Arin, Fir and Donald were working that day and helped us get the best possible arrangement.

We were so happy and thankful for the outcome and also for the entirety of the stay. They were extremely helpful and accomodating the whole 3 nights and couldnt ask for a better experience.

The hotel was a short distance from so many amenities and from all the attractions is Sentosa island as well.

Breakfast was superb! So many choices, the food were so yummy and were such big portions!

We commend Mary from the Bedrock cafe/ restaurant as well, she was super nice and helpful and always kept on checking in on us to make sure we were happy with our food.

Everyone was smiling and we felt at home and at ease during our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a family staycation and had a pleasant experience overall. Upon arrival, the lobby was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were attentive and proactively assisted us with our luggage when they saw us struggling with the kids in the rain, which was much appreciated.
Check-in was smooth and efficient. We stayed in a family suite, which was clean and comfortable. While there were some signs of aging, this was understandable and did not affect our stay. The amenities provided were sufficient for our needs throughout the visit.
Overall, it was a good experience and a comfortable option for a family staycation.

My wife and my family had a wonderful stay at oasia resort. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and the staff here did an exceptional job at making it a memorable one. Especially Riduan, he took the effort to surprise us with gifts (chocolates, cake, chips and a lovely candle) for our stay. On it was also a hand written card wishing us a wonderful anniversary. The room was also decorated with balloons. The other staff at the front desk were also very welcoming and ensure we had a great stay. Location was amazing as well, right beside imbiah station, allowing us to travel around Sentosa and to VivoCity without any hassle. Really had a great stay and thank you Riduan!

It was my daughter’s and son in law wedding anniversary and we enjoyed the hotel very much. The hotel is clean and well appointed. Special mention to Receptionist Mr Riduan who went out of his way to make our stay from check in to check out an unforgettable experience. Keep up the personal touch Riduan. Much appreciated.

My boyfriend and I had a pleasant stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to Imbiah Station, making it easy to get around Sentosa.

The staff were attentive and responsive; our request for extra hangers was handled promptly. We were especially grateful to Fir, who kindly helped us by providing the QR code for the Sentosa free entry pass when we arrived by Grab, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free.

We also appreciated the resort’s environmentally friendly initiatives, such as the option to replace bedsheets only when needed, glass bottled water, and refillable shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, thoughtful touches that made our stay feel more sustainable.

Breakfast served at the hotel was good, and service throughout the resort was commendable. The bell service, reception, and café staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming experience.

Overall, a comfortable and well-managed resort, and we would be happy to return.

Not good for dog staycation. Corridor noise pass through and unsettles my usually calm dog. I checked out the same evening. Not recommended. Has to pay surcharge for dog, waste of money.

Really great location with staff who are helpful and friendly to our puppy. Great place for a pet staycation.

The place is very good with sustainability efforts. It was also very family-friendly. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Disappointed with hotel spa/ relaxing as advertised, unless you pay for treatments ( very expensive) you have no access to any relaxing facilities like sauna etc. the wellness talks are only for guests in higher grade rooms. Staff ok but do not communicate anything to you on arrival. We did not realise you needed a bar code to get on and off island by shuttle, and once we did that it expires after 2 days. This caused much stress when we trying to get back to hotel. Restaurant on site extremely expensive therefore we did not use, no where to get a drink when was closed. Pool has no sun brolleys or bar where your could get a drink or bite to eat. The lack of sunshade I consider a massive downside and for a supposed 5 star hotel awful.
On plus side rooms were spacious and clean. Reception also clean and nice. Location convenient as shuttle right opposite hotel. However this is not a 5 star hotel , more like 4 star (just). I would not recommend staying here,
Staff very average gave no information, and nowhere to get a drink on arrival. I asked where could get a drink to be told there is a Starbucks across the road.

We are really pleased with the hotel. To our friendly and lovely wedding coordinator Joanne who has helped us so much since the wedding fair, thank you! She try her best to accommodate our request and we appreciate it a lot as it really help reduces the stress from the planning!

Faizal and Jay at the front desk were very very warm and helpful, they along with the entire staff made the stay very pleasant for the bridal party!!

Overall, the hotel was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location could not have been any better with its proximity to Universal Studios, the beach, the sky rail and Vivo City. This was our first trip to Singapore and our kids are already wanting to go back.

The check in staff I interacted with were amazing! Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the wonderful Chinese lady who checked us in on 29th Nov. Her service was just insanely good n set the tone for the rest of our 3d2n stay with the hotel. Devi was mega helpful on day 2 till we checked out as well. Genuine people, genuinely wanting to offer the best version of themselves to guests. Clearly the management believes in training staff well and empowering them to make decisions. These must be the secret to the magic of Oasia Sentosa I feel.

The hotel was in a great location with good amenities, however, if you are using the sofa bed be warned it will make this room unmanageable. It is too big for the space.
