Loved our stay. Staff are wonderful.
Pros:

The staff were lovely. The family suit we stayed in was huge. We loved the little complimentary snacks and coconut water. When we asked for an extra blanket we received it very quickly.

Cons:

Information leaflet or book in the room would be a wonderful addition. So we could see what was available to do all around Sentosa. But I can’t fault the hotel itself.

良かった。
Pros:

最寄駅から近い（徒歩3分圏内）。
朝食がビュッフェでなかったためボリュームを心配したがたくさん食べられて満足でした。

Cons:

スタッフ英語が聞き取りづらかった。
シャワールームの壁が透明ガラスだったので落ち着かなかった。

Great location but very expensive with many issues. Would definitely recommend elsewhere.
Pros:

Location is great. Room make up staff are lovely.

Cons:

Wifi was poor and often didn’t work, bath leaked constantly, reception are inattentive and don’t always get back to you, in room dining don’t answer their phone. Value for money is not even close to being there.

Friendly staff.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was awesome! Near to Imbiah tram station and walking distance to Resorts world sentosa. You can easily get to dinning options outside of the hotel or head to Vivo city. The staff were all awesome! All very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

Cons:

I booked the familu suite. Hotel check-in was 15:00 but we only manage to get into the room at 17:00+. The hotel lacks in amenities. Given the price per night, one would expect to have some basic amenities. Besides the staff being very friendly, I honestly cannot comment much. They do not have bed gurads (for families with small kids), they do not have towel hangers for borrowing so you can imagin how the room will look like after the entire family goes for a swim. We asked for two wine glasses of which they only manage to find one. The hair dryer is found near the vanity/ basis (just like any other hotel) but there is NO POWER SOCKET for the hair dryer. You need to go to the living room or bed room. We were a family of four but they only have ONE hanger for towels in the bath room. The hotel pool is more for teenagers/ adults so we had to go over to the other hotel to use the kids pool. We went for a swim at 10am and returned to our room at about 13:00 but the room was not cleaned up despite us switching on the "Makeup room" sign.

In summary, the stay was still enjoyable for us. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, shampoo smelled great.

Pros:

We were originally situated in a Courtyard Room, however the room had a slight issue pertaining to drain flies. Nevertheless, the staff at Oasia were accommodating and extremely helpful with our request to switch room.

The family suite that we were moved to was amazing and everything that we could have asked for.

The staffs were amazing, the 3 gentlemen that assisted us on Thursday 30th April 2026 were amazing and I would like to extend my gratitude to them.

Cons:

The lids of the hotel glass bottles were annoying to open resulting in a cut I suffered.

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Location is excellent if you are planning to go to the theme parks on Sentosa or do any of the activities on Sentosa.

Cons:

Somw things in the room were beginning to wear and tear. There was not enough blankets for the sofa bed.

Oasia Resort as the name suggest is in Sentosa, beautiful developed island, close to all the famous attractions of city and managed by far east hospitality , amazing property with excellent hospitality
