Great position Beautiful accomodation with happy hour highly recommend
The happy hour wine and nibbles were good although I'd welcome some variety in the cheese available!
This hotel was good but not as good as the reviews would indicate in my opinion. A few things I noticed - carpets pretty dirty and in need of cleaning. The fire and fireplace was never lit. The room was nice but with some traffic noise. The breakfast didn't have a cooked option - just continental. By staying in a small boutique hotel you expect to give up some facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc), but gain other things like home cooked breakfast, cosy fires, nice decor and some of those little touches seemed not to be quite there in this case and the operation seemed a little tired and in need of reinvigorating.

Perfect location in Queenstown. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable room. Amazing breakfast with good choice of items. Nice lounge area with complimentary tea/coffee and sweets. Generous happy hour with wine and nibbles. Pleasant and friendly staff. I’d choose this hotel again and recommend to others.

Quirky and quality place. Great location close to the centre but still quiet with amazing views from the room. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and troublefree.
Hot water pressure/temp was pretty random in the shower.
Lovely ambience, location and little special touches- jacuzzi, bath in bathroom, complimentary room service items and very friendly hosts.

A wonderful stay in a centrally located hotel, within easy reach of everything. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere and a lovely European charm that makes it feel warm and welcoming.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, but a special mention must go to the manager, Bryan, who truly went above and beyond. He kindly drove me to my new hotel when I was moving, without charging me a cent, even though I offered to pay. That level of genuine kindness and hospitality is rare and made a lasting impression on me.
The generous complimentary breakfast and happy hour were also highlights, offering not only great value but a lovely opportunity to meet fellow travellers from all walks of life. I met so many friendly people and enjoyed the warm, sociable atmosphere.
A hotel with character, heart and outstanding personal service. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful hospitality. Thank you, Bryan and the team, for making my stay so memorable!

The view was beautiful, we could see the lake and mountains. Great breakfast with lots of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Happy hour was a nice touch.
Maintenance was poor. We had light bulbs missing and a fan that didn’t work in the bathroom.

Hotel has a great location, within minutes of central Queenstown.
Happy hour, clean, sizeable room, lounge area, breakfast, location, staff and overall cool interior decoration.
Small details but the fire never really got going for more than half an hour - purely for limited effect and outdoor one never lit. Ventilation in bathroom didn’t seem to be there. Bed wasn’t made properly ever.

Everything about this boutique hotel made for a great stay. It's a short, easy walk down the hill into Queenstown's town centre, so we had quick access to restaurants, shops, and the lake. The atmosphere was warm and social — guests naturally chatted over breakfast and during the hosted drinks session between 5–6pm. The room was a great size, everything was spotlessly clean, and the value was excellent given the rate included continental breakfast plus free drinks and snacks in the common area. Staff were friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout. Despite being close to town, it was generally quiet, with just a little early morning noise as Queenstown woke up.
Parking is paid and must be booked in advance. If you're driving and don't sort this out ahead of time, you could end up needing to park elsewhere and walk back to the hotel.
Absolutely loved the location! We never needed a car—the place is perfectly situated for strolling around and exploring Queenstown. The mountain views from our bedroom were incredible. 🏔️
Happy hour was fantastic, with great wine and the perfect opportunity to meet new people. Loved the lolly bar :) The staff were so friendly and welcoming; they genuinely made us feel like family.
