Wonderful historic building, perfect location (if you don't mind a hill!).
Pros:

The included breakfast and happy hour were a great touch, and the bookable hot tub was great. The historic building has so much charm and the staff are wonderful.

Cons:

The heat control in the room was difficult to work out, and the after-hours reception numbers we were given weren't answered.

Cosy, beautiful and wonderfully welcoming
Pros:

Absolutely LOVED our stay at The Dairy! 🥰 The team were absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

The complimentary happy hour was such a lovely touch, with delicious wine and the yummiest snacks. Special shoutout to the smoky cheese... I’m still dreaming about it! 🧀🤤

The cosy fireplace, gorgeous aesthetic and all-round atmosphere made it such a beautiful place to stay in Queenstown. Couldn’t recommend it more! ❤️

Great cozy hotel in top location
Pros:

We loved the coziness of The Dairy Hotel and that it was quiet despite being so close to the centre of town. The happy hour is a great way to meet other guests over a wine and snacks, we joined every evening we were there and got some great tips for things to do. We used the lounge a lot in the late afternoons and evenings.

The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The staff were very helpful too.

Cons:

The bathroom was rather dated (but functional) and the wardrobe doors wouldn't stay closed. Also the breakfast, whilst a decent but limited choice, was the same every day which is a bit boring for a week stay. Having a change of feature dish instead of bacon croissant each day would have been nice.

Hotel cómodo de paso por Queenstown!!!
Pros:

Cosy, friendly and beautiful location for a ski holiday
Pros:

Amazing location, lovely rooms, wonderful staff. Happy hour was wonderful. Space to store skis + close to the coronet/remarkables Ski Bus pick up/drop off. Spa was lovely and the view over the mountains was beautiful. The decor was well thought out and the space was cosy and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing - it was perfect

Sophisticated vintage fit-out with a homely feeling
Pros:

The atmosphere when we arrived was so warming - it was happy hour and they put on free social drinks and nibblies in the communal lounge space.
The decor is sublime. Sophisticated vintage-style fittings, wallpaper and furniture.
There's minimal parking available onsite but they are next to a Wilson Carpark. It was easy enough to get your bags in and out of the bar at the front of the building.
Location was brilliant, you cross the road and walk straight into town!
Everything was clean and nicely styled. Good sized room and spacious bathroom.
It's a lovely timber heritage building so we could easily hear when someone slammed a door - might be a challenge for a lite sleeper. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well!
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
