Could have been better, with little effort.
Pros:

The location was convenient to the gondola, and central Queenstown.

Cons:

The room was dusty in places, if you suffer from allergies or hay-fever ask them to change the bedding as they use duck-down duvets. One staff member was particularly rude and sarcastic when asking for assistance.

Pros:

Quirky hotel, with a lounge area where they do complimentary drinks and snacks every afternoon. Nice touch. Good quality continental breakfast. Great location, in terms of being a short walk from the centre of town.

Cons:

Room overlooked a floodlit car park so had to keep curtains shut and couldn't open window as lots of people noise through to the early hours. Ask for a quite room facing away from road / car park. Our aircon/heater didn't work, and we asked twice to have it fixed, and though they said it was, it wasn't.

Perfect place to relax in central Queenstown.
Pros:

Central location, happy hour, helpful staff, welcoming ambience. Staff parked our car for us when we were out all day to avoid car park charges, and made us up breakfast bags as we were leaving before 8am. Nothing was too much trouble

Cons:

Lack of parking spaces. Slightly dated bathroom suite.

Location, staff and good atmosphere.
Pros:

Great location, limited parking on site, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The carpets in the room were moderately stained and really could have used a cleaning. The breakfast was very limited and could be replenished regularly.

Pros:

Good location near the gondola. Nice staff.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dated. The temperature control was not very functional and I ended up sleeping with multiple clothing layers.

Outstanding 10/10
Pros:

Absolutely incredible accommodation! The staff were exceptionally attentive and genuinely friendly—nothing was ever too much trouble.

The location was perfect: central and convenient, yet peacefully tucked away from the party scene. The rooms were beautifully presented, warm, and wonderfully cosy.

Happy hour at 5pm was a real highlight generous offerings with high-quality food to graze on and wine/beverages to quench our thirst after a long day of hiking/shopping/excursions.

Breakfast was equally impressive, with a plentiful selection and outstanding quality.

Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for value for money. I will definitely be returning—10/10, well done!
