Lack of air conditioning made for a very uncomfortable experience in the room. The fan provided was not sufficient.

Quality, clean & good access
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. I was hoping for a lake view from the marketing pictures, but there was a pleasant view towards the mountains instead. I stayed for 2 nights during a heat wave and the top floor room stayed hot 24/7. I appreciated the fridge and modern fan supplied. A swim in nearby Lake Geneva helped to cool off. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the easy access from the train station, trams to the Old Town (free with the hotel supplied transport card) and down to the waterfront.

Cons:

Just the unfortunate heat at this time of year. And I felt better to return to the room before dark in that area. Daytime was fine.

Propreté, amabilité, emplacement à proximité d'un tramway, proche du lac, petit déjeuner.
Parking avec bornes de recharge en face.

Cons:

Absence de climatisation. Les ventilateurs aimablement fournis ne suffisent pas à amener la température à un niveau acceptable, surtout pendant une période de canicule.

Cosy and comfortable rooms; excellent staff and convenient secure parking across the road
Pros:

The hotel is well located, just a few minutes' walk to the lake, shops and cafes. Clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom with walk-in shower. The room was a cosy size and the bed was very comfortable. There is a dog-park about five minutes' walk. The secure parking is in an adjacent building across the road. The Night Manager was a very nice and helpful gentleman who, like all his colleagues, spoke excellent English.

Cons:

Nothing of note; we enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent – central yet quiet. There is convenient parking directly opposite. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The furnishings in our room looked a bit dated, especially the kitchenette. Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning and we’ve been caught in the first heatwave of the year.

Seht schöner Blick auf den See vom Zimmer aus., Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Parkmöglichkeitrn. Angrenzender Park über Pfingsten war idealer Treffpunkt für alle Genfer Einwohner. Frühstück völlig Austeichend.

Cons:

Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage aber mit guter Lüftung.
