Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, tudo muito limpo, funcionários muito cordiais e solicitos.
Não fiz uso do café da manhã, então não posso opinar

Cons:

O box do banheiro é apertado e não gosto desses tipos de boxes que tem um vidro cobrindo a metade e as restante fica aberto. Só serve pra molhar tudo e dá um trabalho depois pra não ficar encharcado. Não sei quem foi o arquiteto gênio que inventou isso, ou pior, quem compra a ideia né?

Posizione molto comoda per parcheggio e lungolago, hanno effettuato l’upgrade gratuito della categoria della stanza
Dimensione della stanza buona, personale disponibile

Cons:

Struttura molto vecchia, moquette sul pavimento della stanza difficile da pulire e anche l’angolo cottura presente era molto datato.
Assenza di aria condizionata e il ventilatore messo a disposizione era molto rumoroso e non molto efficace contro il caldo estivo.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly and the location was good. Room and toilet were very good.

Cons:

AC was really needed as it was HOT, and the self service wine area downstairs wasn't working at all, and we were really excited to try it.

Ruime kamer maar duur hotel voor wat je krijgt.
Pros:

- Fijn bed
- Ruime kamer
- Vriendelijk personeel
- Leuke inrichting, luxe gevoel
- +++ de touristenpas voor het OV

Cons:

- Slecht onderhouden keuken (kapotte kastjes + weinig keukengerei en bestek) + niet goed werkende kookplaten.
- Ventilator is aanwezig, kun je zelf niet instellen —> 1 vaste stand.
- Best duur hotel (=Zwitserland dus is bekend, maar toch voor ons té duur) voor wat je krijgt.
- Locatie is best nog wel een stuk van het centrum maar door de gratis OV pas die je bij de receptie kan ophalen ben je er wel snel
- Dure parkeergarage, was bekend dat het niet incl was maar wel erg duur dus daarmee wordt de prijs nog hoger dan verwacht.

No puede no tener aire acondicionado un hotel detestas características o en su defecto un ventilador de techo. Hemos pasado un calor insoportable. El mobiliario de la habitacion se ve viejo y muy gastado. La madera carcomida, la piedra del baño no cierra, el baño diminuto....en definitiva, decepcionante. Por primera vez en años q llevo usando booking, el sitio fue una gran decepción

Overall the hotel worked for us a clean and comfortable stay and good value.
Pros:

Communication with the hotel was great and they were very helpful. Check-in was easy, friendly and again helpful. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable and had air conditioning which was needed. It was nice to have a small 'kitchen' as we then had a fridge. The hotel is a short walk to the lake and the promenade around the lake is lovely and lively!

Cons:

The layout of the room was strange as there were lot's of doors that opened into a small hallway. The bathroom was tight and the half door shower made it a little challenging for my husband to move around in without getting water everywhere. I didn't have a problem with this.

Pros:

Chambre très confortable et spacieuse, personnel bien à l'écoute. Rien de manquait : sèche-cheveux, mouchoirs papier, café à disposition...

Cons:

Seul bémol, la chaleur. Il y avait une sorte de ventilateur mais pas très efficace en tous cas au regard des températures élevées, il aurait fallu une climatisation...

Bon hôtel avec un bon emplacement
Pros:

Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble. La chambre est de taille correcte, propre, avec un réfrigérateur appréciable et une excellente literie. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant, avec un bon choix de produits. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et disponible.

Cons:

En revanche, notre chambre donnait sur la rue, face à un parking, ce qui la rendait assez bruyante. L'absence de climatisation est également un vrai point faible en été. Enfin, l'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking, ce qui peut être peu pratique pour les voyageurs en voiture.

Un bon séjour malgré ces quelques inconvénients.
