Pros:

The elevator was out, hallways were dirty, horrible sewage odor in our room. Very dissatisfied- have stayed here several times in the past 2 years & it was very nice but has definitely gone down since then.

The room was big enough for a family of 5. The evaluator was broke. The lady upfront at check in was nice but didnt like we booked through 3rd party. Breakfast was good. Wish we could have used the pool as we traveled 7 hours littles wanted to run off engery. Pool closes at 9pm

Pros:

Elevator didn’t work and no bell hop to help with luggage going up and down stairs. I was not told that before I arrived. Also the ice machine didn’t work and the hotel is really noisy. I will not be back again.

The hotel was very unprofessional in letting us know the day of our trip that the elevators are out of service. Also the wifi didnt work for 2 days out of 4 day stay. Which was a burden on people with children. Also the hotel wasn't cleaned and two guest had found roaches in their
room. We was supposed to be comp for elevators and wifi not working but didn't see the difference on our bill. Again very inconvenient.

Elevator was not working, roach was crawling in the bathroom, carpet was wet near the AC unit in room 218,

We requested to move to the 1st floor as soon as a room came available on Saturday we moved to room 126 and every thing was ok
