✈️が窓のすぐ上をたくさん通ったこと。
お部屋が広くて窓がDockの方一面広がっていたこと。

ロケーションの上では不便に感じることもあったけど、ホテル自体には満足です。
Pros:

スタッフ（フロント、部屋係、食堂）の皆さんの対応には満足しています。朝食は種類が期待以上で、満腹になりました。卓球ができて、孫（6歳）は喜んでいました。２フロアに泊まりましたが、一方は若者が多く、深夜に帰って来て、ややうるさかったけど、もう一方は静かだったので、部屋の作りとしては問題なかったのだと思っています。

Cons:

シーサイドの夜景は期待ほどではなかったです。ただ、ゴールデンウィーク中で稼働していない工場や消灯している建物が多かったからで、平日はもっときらめいた景色が見られたのかも知れませんが。

朝食は量質共に良かった。

Cons:

フロントに電話しようと思ったら部屋に電話器がなかった。朝食のパン焼き器が一つしかなく行列が出来た。グルグル回転してパンを焼く機械を置くべき

В целом из-за локации рекомендую, очень удобная.
Pros:

Расположение отличное, чтобы попасть в метро надо просто спуститься на самый нижний этаж на лифте. Эта линия вполне закрывала 95% нужных нам локаций. До основных достопримечательностей быстро добирались. Зато район тихий, спокойный, видно что в основном там люди работают, не отдыхают. Так же Lawson находится на -1 этаже, Бургер Кинг, Старбакс и многие другие магазины поблизости.

Cons:

Номер маленький, из-за того, что окна не открываются, немного развивалась клаустрофобия. Хотелось свежего воздуха. Номера уже потрепанные, много где расходятся обои.

Der Ausblick über den Hafen und die Bequemlichkeit der Betten

Cons:

Die Kompetenz und geringe Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption. Das haben wir in den Hotels davor ganz anders erlebt.
