Unless you want a great party for your kids I wouldn’t go there.
Pros:

Sun beds on the Beach, nice beach bar

Cons:

Dark oppressive Architecture, high stone walls throughout the resort, many dark rooms, garden rooms had no garden at all and also no view, no elevators, gym was very poor, pools mainly for children, jacuzzi not functioning, resort very noisy, modern Thai music everywhere , breakfast was very good but like a battlefield with loud annoying music rather than a relaxing atmosphere. Location in the middle of nowhere, nothing French about this Sofitel and no 5 star resort.

If all activities was included the value would be good
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast. Boggy service. Many pools, but basically only 2 is used by people.

Cons:

Everything comes with an additional cost. All activities for kids is extra + 10% + 7%.

Playground outside do not have any shadow. It’s dangerously warm due to everything made of metal.

Bicycles are rusty and tires low on air.

Beware!!Taxi Scam being run by Hotel Staff !!
Pros:

Beware! The hotel staff will not let you go to the airport unless you book the van through them. We tried booking SUV 'S two times from Grab but they were turned away by the hotel staff!! They insisted that we book can through them only even though it had a 30 minutes waiting time. We ended up missing our flight because of this mafia style operation .
There is definitely a scam going on. We were not even offered water during the waiting time even though we are Accor+ members traveling with 2 small kids and stayed with them for 4 nights. We are regular travelers but never had such a horrible experience. Must avoid this property since they have no sense of hospitality.

Appreciated experiences to stay here.
Pros:

First time to stay here with 3days 2nights. Warmed welcome and nice staffs.
K. Tong (front service) give informations about hotel and process check-in smoothly.
K. Arthit serviced our luggages to our room.
K. Au at So Spa is so nice and polite.
Housekeeping also smiley despite of her work seems hard because many guests.
Very recommended to try stay once at here.

Perfect Family Getaway Non-stop fun! Amazing facilities and endless activities."

We had such a blast at this hotel! If you’re traveling with family, this place is an absolute dream. The facilities here are top-notch. The swimming pool is perfect for kids and kept them entertained for hours. Honestly, there’s so much to do—we never felt bored. We spent our time jumping between:
​The Kids' Club and Game Room (huge hit!)
​Outdoor activities like golf and driving
​Even giant chess!The food was another highlight. Breakfast had a great variety and was super tasty. For dinner, we had the BBQ, and the kids absolutely loved it. It was the perfect way to end the day.What really made our stay special was the service. A massive shoutout to the amazing staff who took such good care of us: Simon, Kat, Pang, Boom, and Nick. Thank you for being so attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for families!

Great experience to spend time in such a relaxing place like this. Overall, it is great. The food is delicious, and they also have a free massage in the morning near the restaurant area. The staff member named “Beer” takes very good care of guests and does the job well.

I love this place!
Pros:

I came her for a Sangeet event. Stayed 2.5 days. Had an absolutely amazing time. The staff are fantastic. Such hard workers, so nice, and made our stay perfect. Come visit this place!

Best place to spend quality time with the family
Pros:

The breakfast is awesome, quality + taste + variety and service is the best (especially Khun Bas)
Facility is the most fit to family with kids, even senior citizens will get the good time as well.
The room and atmosphere are great, really good vibes here.
