I came her for a Sangeet event. Stayed 2.5 days. Had an absolutely amazing time. The staff are fantastic. Such hard workers, so nice, and made our stay perfect. Come visit this place!
The breakfast is awesome, quality + taste + variety and service is the best (especially Khun Bas)
Facility is the most fit to family with kids, even senior citizens will get the good time as well.
The room and atmosphere are great, really good vibes here.

- les piscines sont sales (feuilles des arbres)
- les escaliers à monter en plein soleil pour atteindre la réception
- une rénovation et entretien générale est nécessaire (peinture sur boiseries extérieur, feuilles des arbres sur le parcours du minigolf, etc...)
- la plage n'est pas belle
- l'hôtel est isolé
The friendly and attentive staff. The place itself is just beautiful with a nice, sandy beach and a lot to offer around. I like the interesting interior design with many cute little details to discover.
However the best are the people working there. We are privileged to travel all over the world and stay in nice places. By far the best staff we met here who elevate the atmosphere of the place and made us feel welcome and well taken care of. THANK YOU!

Superb pools and kids facilities. Rooms were spacious, well designed and very clean.
Remote location. Food was pretty average.
Beeing already the second time at this lovely ressort, we enjoyyed the time there again. Ver nice and friendly helpfull staff, nicely designed comfortable rooms. The whole ressort is very childfriendly and an absolute heaven for families and kids. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant staff very friendly and helpfull. The only thing which could and should improved is the houskeeping. Nethertheless, we spend a wonderfull time at this ressort and we will come back.
Myself and my 2 daughters had a few treatments. The massage therapists were Amazing. Their names are Sa, Wan and Beer. We also met Khun Noi at the reception. She is very friendly , polite and professional.
The service (facial, massage, scrub and foot wrap) were unreal.
Overall experience was very impressive. Best massage I’ve ever had .

The hotel is beautiful and a lot of thought has gone into details, especially with the rooms. The hotel area is nice in size and the beach is clean. Kids have a lot to do at the pools and my youngest (8y) loved the kids club because of the wonderful instructor Liuw(?).
The breakfast was very good and versatile.
Improvement points: mark allergens on the breakfast items. It is troublesome to ask about every item. The rooms were big and beautiful and we loved the pool access. The rooms would have needed more storage space though. Anyways, we loved our stay and might very well return.
The hotel went above and beyond their way to accommodate our every need. We have four small children and can’t imagine a better place for us to spend vacation.
The service was exceptional!
The beach was a little messy. The location is far from HuaHin, but they did have a van
which dropped us off and picked us up according to their limited schedule. The TV was big, but it didn’t have easy access to Netflix or Youtube, or other entertainment for our kids movie night.

Returning for my 4th stay at SO Sofitel Hua Hin felt like coming home to see old friends, and it’s amazing how they still manage to make every visit feel so fresh and special. The experience started long before I arrived thanks to So Aoffy, who looked after my booking and stay details with such genuine care right up until the moment I checked in. This time, I stayed in a SO Pool Villa, which was absolutely perfect—it’s an incredible space that works just as well for a peaceful escape as it does for a fun pool party. One thing I’ve learned is that it’s definitely worth being an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member and booking directly with the hotel, as the welcome amenities I received in the villa were truly exceptional. A huge thanks to So Bass and So Noon for personally delivering those special touches to my room; it made the welcome feel very personal. I also loved seeing the newly renovated Beach Society; the atmosphere there is fantastic and the food is just as delicious as I remembered. It was a pleasure to be served by Khun Tik again, whose service is always so consistent and professional. Even the checkout process was a breeze thanks to SO Tong at the lobby, who was incredibly helpful with everything I needed. Most importantly, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Khun Aun for overseeing my stay and ensuring everything was handled with the utmost care. This property never ceases to amaze me, and I hope my experience helps anyone else looking for their next perfect getaway.
My stay at SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin was wonderful and truly memorable. The resort is beautiful, the room was stylish and comfortable, and everything was perfectly maintained. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff—warm, attentive, and always helpful, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would happily return again.
