Amazing location. Great staff there too. Very old furniture but still a great place.
This is our go to Hotel when we are in Bangkok - we love everything - the staff - the location - the rooms (but you must be careful to make sure you book a suite or upgraded room which are great - the other rooms are a lottery and once we ended up with a room which was very small and below what we have come to expect) Hopefully this was a one off.

Staff members are very nice! The facility is decorated as a vintage style.
The location is great, near everything you want to see in this area. The front staff and housekeeping staff are all very friendly. The room was clean. It is dated though so please keep this in mind.

I give honest reviews, the hotel deserve a 7 star.The rooms are very outdated, thai traditional look.Bathroom needs to be modern, the lighting is so poor that for male clients its very hard to see to shave.I give a 10 stars for the staff that cleans the room, the rooms are cleaned beautifully.The breakfast area is beautiful and has breakfast for everyone it derserves a 10 star.
The tv in the rooms has more thai channels which is strange for tourist, they need to have more english movies channels.
One of the manager , the day manager is not to friendly.The bald manager is awesome and provides good customer service.The outdoor staff is also very attentive to your needs. I have stayed here twice and will definately stay again because it is conviently located to everything.
Siam Heritage is a pretty good budget hotel in a prime location of the Silom area. The entire staff was very friendly and provided good service. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet in the morning.
First of all, the location is great. Also, for an old hotel, security is good. Depending on the room, the large and deep bathtub is also one of the attractions for Japanese people. I think I'll stay there again next time.

The top floor Penthouse room was great for our family…..the pool was a nice treat! Great place close to a lively night market!!!
It was simple to check and check out, nice people around. Rooms ok but,floor in 408 has to be replaced swiftly, the wood is cracking.
