Cons:

Our room was ground level - with 30 Deck Chairs directly outside
I would suggest requesting 1st floor room.

We asked to be moved , and that room was fine we were over the ping ping table that continued to 10pm at night if noise bothes you dont request this but we were OK with that.

This property attracts a large percentage of retirees

Having said that there are kids activities throughout the day and the staff really are great . Our kids are end of primary school so less interested in this now

Bar staff got a lot of orders wrong and told me I hadn't paid fir the food on one occasion- thankfully I used revoult and coukd show them payment. Having said that they were all very nice just a bit disorganised. Food is a bit hit and miss.

Pool is average size. People queue in the morning to get a towel on a sun lounger - this is annoying as half the time there was no one on the lounger - we were sitting in different places on occasion due to this .

Location is fantastic
Staff are very friendly
Rooms are ideal with Kitchentte

Great location, friendly staff but be careful about the room size!!

Great location and friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Room 244 was supposed to be for up to 4 people. We had to ask for the armchair and coffee table to be removed as there was nowhere to put them when the sofa bed was unfolded. 8 euros for a towel for the sun beds was unnecessary. Just charge an extra 8 for the room!
