Very relaxing stay
Pros:

Great location shops and resturants on your door step.Very helpful staff on reception answered all of my requests.

Cons:

It would of been perfect if the apartment had an oven and a washing machine.

Très bel emplacement et appartement
Pros:

Je cherchais un hôtel dans un endroit pas trop touristique et où on pouvait garer une voiture avant de finir le séjour à las americas ou c est impossible de se garer .
L appartement super , vue sur mer génial , lave linge et lave vaisselle, clim

Cons:

La piscine un petit peu petite , pas de jeu type billard etc , le prix un peu cher juste pour une chambre sans repas

Cons:

The issue, already raised in other reviews, is the delay in returning the security deposit. They claim to have released it on the day of check-out, then correct themselves and say it was the following day… yet five days later, the amount of 100 euros is still being held. They argue that it is my bank’s fault, ING, but that same bank automatically releases other deposits for me, such as the one for the rental car.
El tema, ya recurrente en otros comentarios, de la tardanza en la devolución de la fianza. Afirman haberla liberado el dia del check out, luego se corrigen y es al día siguiente...pero 5 días despues sigue retenido el montante de 100 euros. Aducen que es culpa de mi banco, ING, pero ese mismo banco me libera automticamente otras fianzas, como la del coche de alquiler. He contactado con FACUA a ver que respuesta se puede dar a esta conducta, habitual segun parece

Superb location. Very clean and comfortable. Perhaps on the cusp of needing an upgrade as kitchen and seating (sofabed) area a bit dated. Staff very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Needs an upgrade as some areas of property a little dated (especially kitchen area which is a little tight on space). Boiled some water in a pan and handle broke off when emptying in sink - could have led to a nasty accident.

3 weeks of comfort in the sunshine
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location for restaurants and walking along the seafront to Golf del Sur or Los Obrigos. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really big and nice room, with well-equipped kitchen. And really nice beds.
Still this wasn't that big experience for us, that we would return here, but we absolutely understand people WHO choose this hotel, because The room was really big and nice with lots of light.
We only had two nights here

Cons:

The slowest check in protocol we have ever met anywhere!!! Getting there in the evening with small children and a pensioner you might just like to get room asap.

Small children's pool was even colder than bigger pool.

Ordering a taxi was also a project instead of just calling one. You need to buy a voucher from The reception in advance which Costs 25€ to Reina Sofia.
