Pros:

우호광장역 매우 가깝고, 중산광장/동강/러시아거리 등등 주요 관광지 이동하기에 너무 좋은 위치에요. 주변에 편의점/지엔빙/버블티 등등 소소한 먹거리들도 쉽게 접할 수 있어서 좋았어요.

Cons:

난방이 안 돼서 좀 추웠고 화장실 환풍기가 너무 약하게 작동했습니다. 근데 중국 대부분의 호텔들이 4월 이후에는 난방을 안 하니까 큰 문제는 아니었고, 히터를 제공해주셔서 잘 지냈습니다.

Pros:

위치가 좋아서 여기저기 이동하기에 편리.
조식은 메뉴가 많긴한데 매일 거의 바뀌지 않고 비슷함.

Cons:

바닷이 카페트인데 깨끗하지 않았고 예약시 고층으로 결제하고 예약했는데 사십몇층 건물에 10층을 줘서 얘기하니 자꾸 룸 업그레이드 원하냐 방이 없어 못해준다함. 근데 업그레이드가 아니고 고층 가능하면 제공해달란 예약도 아니었고.. 고층으로 아예 지불하고 예약한건데 다운그레이드인데 계속 방 없다만 반복함. 미안한 기색도 없어서 좀 어이없었음. 부킹닷컴 서비스 센터쪽에서 호텔로 연락해서 얘기해줬지만 3박중 1박은 기존 저층방에 머물렀음. 서비스 대처 방식도 개선이 필요해보임. 마사지 때문에 근처 다른 호텔 방문했었는데 웃으며 친절하게 대응해줘서 비교되었음.

Pros:

장점1. 인터컨티넨탈 호텔을 최저가 기준 10만원대에 숙박 가능한 점(저는 노동절 연휴라 1박에 23만원이었지만...)
장점2. 방이 진짜 큼(이건 중국 대부분의 호텔에 해당하긴 함)
장점3. 성해광장 뷰가 방에서 보여 좋았음(다만 40몇 층까지 있는데 29층에선 바로 앞 빌딩이 뷰를 가로막아 아쉬움. 35층 이상부터 뷰가 완벽할 듯...)
장점4. 침대가 편안함

Cons:

단점1. 5성급 호텔의 서비스는 경험하지 못함. 딱 가격만큼의 서비스를 제공함. 그래서 불만족은 아니었음.
단점2. 조식이 너무 아쉬움. 베트남으로 치면 3성급 수준의 조식임. 디너 뷔페도 먹어봤는데 솔직히 우리나라 애슐리 수준이었음.
단점3. 방 조명이 어두워도 너무 어두움. 은은한 조명을 좋아하는 사람인데도 불구하고 스탠드 조명까지 다 켜도 너무 어두웠음. 조절이 가능하면 좋겠음.
단점4. 욕실 바닥이 엄청 미끄러움. 특히 샤워실에 물이 고이게 되어있어서 첫날부터 넘어질뻔 함. 욕실 곳곳에 미끄러우니 조심하란 문구가 여기저기 붙어있었음. 아마 분명 하루에 몇 명은 자빠졌을 것임. 그렇게 주의 문구를 붙일 정도면 미끄럼방지 조치를 취하면 좋을텐데 말이죠..


단점을 이렇게 쓰긴 했지만 전체적인 만족도는 86점정도임.
남들처럼 13만원에 숙박했으면 가성비 최고라고 했을 텐데....
노동절 연휴에 23만원주고 숙박해서 그런지 아쉬움이 좀 있었음!

Pros:

관광지로의 이동이 편한 위치에 있어 버스 지하철을 타고 이동하기 좋았음.

Cons:

방에 냄새가 많이 나서 들어갔을때 불쾌하였으나 공기청정기를 빌려 달라고 하니 바로 갔다 주었다. 있는동안 내내 틀어놓고 지냈다. 룸의 냄새를 제거할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 좋을듯하다.
