Categories

Cleanliness
9
Many guests explicitly praised cleanliness, comfortable beds and housekeeping; one report of a damp/musty room smell noted.
Service
8.6
Service is frequently praised (friendly front desk, specific mention of Sabrina and a very friendly team), though a few reports cite rude staff or unhelpful responses regarding breakfast/booking issues.
Location
9
Multiple guests noted the location is good and centrally convenient for shops, restaurants and events.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are described as clean and comfortable with good beds; some negatives include noisy AC, noise from people above, small/older TV and minor bathroom issues (no fan, poor lighting).
Amenities
7.2
Pool is well maintained, but several guests reported the spa/jacuzzi or hot tub jets were not working; this recurring issue lowers the amenities score.
Value for Money
8
Generally seen as fair—some call it a bit pricey but worth it for safety/comfort; isolated problems (booking/site cancellation inflexibility and a credit-card handling error) affected perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast is often described as good or excellent, with specific praise for offerings; however, recurring shortages (no yogurt two days running) and small supply issues were mentioned.
Overall Experience
8.6
Overall mostly positive stays with many guests willing to return; praised for cleanliness, staff and breakfast, offset by recurring amenity issues (spa) and occasional service lapses.

Pros:

Location & rooms.

Cons:

No Yogurt for breakfast 2 days in a row.
When asked the attendant for yogurt on Tuesday morning at 7am, was informed that she was waiting for the delivery.
Same answer on Wednesday morning.
Not sure why management could not send a staff/supervisor to the grocery store to pick some up.
When the front desk staff was informed about the yogurt, the answer was "yes I know".
No concern shown!
