Pros:

The beds were fairly comfortable

Cons:

Some of the staff were not friendly when we asked for more bath towels The one up front told us no because the housekeeper already came, but you only get four towels we had a family of six and I even helped the housekeeper take the already used towels and took it to her cart.

Also the commode wouldn't even flush you had to hold it down two or three times just to get it to flush..

Allowing a place for our fur baby, the social, the breakfast, and the convenient location for us to go anywhere in town.

The light in the bathroom kept going off
The wine glass had lipstick on it

Pretty on the outside but the inside doesn’t match.
Pros:

Nice location, staff was nice, it allowed me to bring my fur babies

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway looked filthy. Non-smoking but our room smelled like someone had been smoking previously. Found tissue in our bed under the covers. Found hair in the supposedly clean linen. Floors needed sweeping.

Honestly everything! It was clean,breakfast was good, beds were comfy, and just all in all it was nice.

I had a short stay (1 night) with my family. Very confortable and excelent breakfast.

It was enjoyable and everyone was very nice! We appreciated everything and we felt very safe during our stay here.
Pros:

The location, the price was reasonable & it was incredible the amenities included!

Cons:

The carpets in the hotel room needed a deep clean. I understand it was a pet friendly hotel so I disregarded it and the scratched up curtains because we love animals and get it… but our feet would get dirty and black just walking on the carpets and I think they just need a goooood refresh on that.

Pros:

I loved that is had a shopping center right in front of it, me and my boyfriend didn’t have to drive anywhere the whole stay because everything was in walking distance. It was amazing.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

I Loved disability access for RM 110. Loved the breakfast and the evening social snacks. Kitchen was Great!!!!!! Whole complex is very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact I had to wait 30 minutes to sign at the front desk. There was a sign that said they stepped away to help another guest.
I didn’t like the fact maintenance is not on schedule daily. My toilet had backed up. The front desk brought me a plunger to fix the problem myself.
Everything else was great. I will stay again.

Loved my suite

Cons:

Staff could be more friendly, attentive, could've greeted with a smile and friendly hello, daily.
Just seemed we were an inconvenience to them.
