I had a short stay (1 night) with my family. Very confortable and excelent breakfast.

It was enjoyable and everyone was very nice! We appreciated everything and we felt very safe during our stay here.
Pros:

The location, the price was reasonable & it was incredible the amenities included!

Cons:

The carpets in the hotel room needed a deep clean. I understand it was a pet friendly hotel so I disregarded it and the scratched up curtains because we love animals and get it… but our feet would get dirty and black just walking on the carpets and I think they just need a goooood refresh on that.

Pros:

I loved that is had a shopping center right in front of it, me and my boyfriend didn’t have to drive anywhere the whole stay because everything was in walking distance. It was amazing.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

I Loved disability access for RM 110. Loved the breakfast and the evening social snacks. Kitchen was Great!!!!!! Whole complex is very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact I had to wait 30 minutes to sign at the front desk. There was a sign that said they stepped away to help another guest.
I didn’t like the fact maintenance is not on schedule daily. My toilet had backed up. The front desk brought me a plunger to fix the problem myself.
Everything else was great. I will stay again.

Loved my suite

Cons:

Staff could be more friendly, attentive, could've greeted with a smile and friendly hello, daily.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was very good.The location was also very nice,it was close to everywhere I was visiting and it was easy to gwt in and out of.

We had a great stay and will definitely come back!
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean facilities, dog friendly, and a super breakfast. We loved the king suite room. It was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Some guests were noisy throughout the night. We didn’t complain, but night staff didn’t notice and correct the issue either.
