It was ok.
The elevators would not close right away and took a while to open. It would have better more variety for breakfast.
Beds and pillows comfortable, clean and quiet
The staff was rude , there was a roach in my room the sliding doors to go outside in the room didnt open because the door was broken
I've stayed here other years. The condition of the property is declining every year. The hotel really needs a make over top to bottom.
Deteriorating. The overall impression is that they are doing the least possible to extract cash flow. Bad plumbing fixtures.
They stole my sunglasses and closed the pool the entire day i was there
Location is close several restaurants and businesses.
Day of check in seen a sign saying pool would be closed the next day. Pool was dirty and the pool room smelled moldy. Water stopped working while my son was in the middle of a shower. When I called the desk they said a water main was hit outside and it was not on the property. They stated an hour for repairs. As the time went over an hour we called the water department to see what was happening. They didn’t have any reports. I went down to the desk and then the story was changed. They said it was something on the hotel side that was discovered during the pool repair. It was going to be more time. We lost half a day waiting to take showers.

Ice machine wasn't working 1st floor
The pool was green looking and the ac in the room was junk kept my kids and I up all night
