Over-all excellent service, accommodations, and we'd stay here again!
Pros:

Room arrangement: space in the room, ample desk space, microwave, refrigerator, excellent countertop in bathroom, TV.
Excellent temperature control, shower stall arrangement, usability and shower spray.
Secure locks on door.
The placement of all the lighting was excellent - especially if you needed to get work done.
We very much appreciate the convenience of the included breakfast. We usually have breakfast, but this time met friends.
Excellent, friendly customer service and easy to book.

Cons:

The lamp on the bedstand closest to the bathroom wasn't working (bad switch). Good lighting over-all, but brighter lighting would have been helpful both in the sleep area and the bathroom. Not much space to set out your luggage.

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty and had a loofah and someone else's body wash in the shower. The walls were dirty and well kept up. Our room had a stale smell to it.

Hotel declined from previous years; Low end of Choice Hotels. Unlikely return unless shuttle needed

Location. Quiet, Surrounding greenery around hotel.

Cons:

ROOM 112: Wet dirty rag left on carpet/ Carpet is filthy. Out of conditioner. Inside bathroom: Brown spill on lower wall, adjacent to bathroom door, left side- could easily be wiped up with wet sponge. Breakfast: COFFEE MACHINE OUT OF ORDER- no coffee available. Out of Raisin Bran Cereal. Waffle Maker filled with crumbs & pieces of waffle. **Recommend non stick spray bottle like other Choice Hotels.
CIGARETTE BUTTS: Some leading up to front entrance; Most cigarette butts (there were many) located on the top of the stones, to the left of front entrance door.

Not good.
Pros:

I di not go to breakfast, brought my own yogurt and packaged oatmeal. The staff were very nice at the desk.

Cons:

Freezing when I entered the room. Turned the air to low. Came back late in the evening and could never get any air again. Carpeting in hallways was bad, doors to rooms and hallways needed painting. There was a stench of perfume throughout the halls. Used the treadmill and it was stifling in there. The attendant tried to turn air on but was unsuccessful. I put some grapes and cherries in a plastic container in the fridge and the cherries were frozen
When I retrieved them. The water in the bathroom sink barely came out.

Not the cleanest place to stay.

The people were nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Had an odd smell to it. Door also didn’t have a number outside the door so it was kinda silly trying to find it and figure it out. The front desk could have let us know, but she didn’t. Also, spotted tons of stains and bodily fluids on the bed and mattress. We literally just slept on the bed w/o moved the covers or anything to go to sleep.
