New York’a ilk ve yalnız seyahatim olması, ek olarak doğum günüme denk gelmesi sebebiyle incelik göstererek müthiş manzaralı bir oda verdiler. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldım. Otelin konumu çok konforluydu.

Pros:

Localização, conforto, atendimento. O quarto reformado ficou excelente!

Cons:

Limpeza deixa a desejar. Um dia fiquei sem tapete no banheiro, deixei uma caixa para jogar fora em cima do lixo e mesmo assim não levaram. Tem espaço para melhorar nesse quesito.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, right next to subway station and close to food and shopping facilities - macy's, target etc.
Nice room with coffee machine and microwave.

Cons:

Despite there being 3 lifts, the wait from our floor could be quite lengthy (floor 15), especially during the morning. Lift interior also rather dated looking.
It would have been helpful on check in, for staff to have explained the facilities available - gym, shop etc.

Konum harika, her türlü ihtiyaç düşünülmüş ve çok rahat.
Pros:

Otele gelmeden önce konaklama yorumlarında cevaplarını bulamadığım sorular vardı; o yüzden aklıma gelen tüm özellikleri yazacağım, umarım faydası dokunur.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi, bulunduğu sokak güvenli. İlk kez New York’a gelip gezmek isteyen kişiler için çok iyi. Metro istasyonu çok yakında.

Standart odada kaldık (604 numara). Odalarda akıllı TV (Smart TV) var; Netflix, Prime, YouTube ve aklınıza gelebilecek her program çalışıyor. İnternet hızı ve çekim gücü gayet iyi. Odalardaki yataklar rahat ve büyük, kahve makinesi var. Yatağın sağında ve solunda USB ve Type-C girişleri var ve telefonları hızlı şarj ediyor. Tatil boyunca priz dönüştürücü ve adaptör kullanmamıza gerek kalmadı. Bu detaylar, turist olarak seyahat edenler için çok iyi düşünülmüş. Mini buzdolabı var ve çok iyi soğutuyor, hatta o kadar iyi soğutuyor ki içecekler bazen donuyor :) Mikrodalga fırın var. Saç kurutma makinesi, ütü ve ütü masası ve kasa da mevcut. Kıyafetleri asmak için dolap ve dolabın altında bavullarınızı koyabileceğiniz alan yeterli. Banyolar geniş, duşun içindeki suyun debisi çok iyi ve sıcak su süper. Odanın camları çok az açılıyor, keşke tamamen açılsaydı ama odanın hava almasında bir sıkıntı olmuyor. Başka yorumlarda sokak sesinin çok geldiğini söylemişlerdi ama beni rahatsız etmedi; cam açıkken bile, camı kapatınca zaten ses neredeyse hiç kalmıyor. Odanın kliması da çok iyi çalışıyor, ona da başka yorumlarda çok sesli diyen kişiler olmuş ama bence normal bir sesi var.

Asansörlerin, otelin kat sayısına göre kişi kapasitesi biraz az ama 3 adet asansör var ve ben hiç yoğunluk ya da bekleme gibi bir durum yaşamadım (6. katta kaldım).

Check-in saatinden önce gelirseniz günü kaçırmamanız için bavullarınızı emanet olarak alıyorlar. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Ben genel olarak otelden çok memnun kaldım. Tekrar New York’a gelecek olsam başka otel bakmadan direkt yine burada kalmayı tercih ederim.
