Great hotel if you want to be close to koreatown and the subway!
Pros:

originally stayed for 4 days but because of the blizzard I had to extend my stay. The staff were very accommodating and provided my friends and I with everything we needed to be comfortable during the storm. Also if you enjoy koreatown this hotel is extremely close, there's also a subway station right on the corner so traveling around was made easy!

Cons:

at least one elevator was down every day which made it a little difficult to get up and down in a timely manner

Great location, clean, and awesome staff!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping staff tidied up each day. The front desk staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful when we had questions. We had a lovely view of the Empire State building from our room, which was a nice surprise. Finally, the location was fantastic, very walkable and easy to get to the subway for further excursions. Great food options all around!

Cons:

The door handle in our bathroom broke at a very inconvenient time (we were rushing to get to a play and the tickets were on my phone in the locked bathroom). BUT the staff were really apologetic and helpful and sent someone up to help out and fix the door right away.
