Great stay in Manhattan
Pros:

The location was great, based in mid town. Time square and other touristic points were on walking distance. And the bed was great!

Enjoy New York for Xmas season
Pros:

The place is central the staff in really nice and friendly which make it a lot easier when u are in an abroad country. I got into the lobby to make request about the room. One of the manager (Jenny ) was very professional : nice and friendly proposing extra hand and help.

Cons:

The equipment are a bit oldish but everything operates fine.

Cons:

El aparato de aire hacía mucho ruido. Pedí un vaso de cristal para calentar la leche en el microondas y no fue posible, no lo entiendo.

Tony at the front desk made my stay enjoyable. He was very helpful.

Nice hosts. Really good, bright lighting in the unit. Very well furnished and surprisingly tastefully decorated.

Pros:

Em primeiro lugar a equipe, o atendimento é nota 1000! Sempre super prestativos, carismáticos d atenciosos. O quarto super silencioso, a cama confortável e a vista de tirar o fôlego. Além da localização espetacular, dá para fazer tudo caminhando ou utilizar o metrô . Voltarei breve.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great value for money, the location is fantastic, right near the subway and 10 minute walk to times Square. The rooms were nice, really comfy bed and amazing view of the empire state building from our room. Will definitely recommend and would stay there again. I mentioned it was our anniversary whilst there and had a little bottle of fizz and some goodies when we got to our room....a lovely touch so thank you 😊
