From start to finish the stay was sub par. When I arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm I knew the room wasn’t ready per the Hilton app but wanted to start the check in process and put my card on file and confirm the 1pm check out time that came with the Romance package I booked. The front desk associate working hardly made eye contact and abruptly said the room isn’t ready and maybe would be in 30-45 minutes. I said okay and asked if he needed my photo ID since the app said I needed to show it to be able to use the digital key, he said no, later. He then said I could leave my bags with the man “over there” and pointed to no one. When I asked if there was a bathroom in the lobby I could change he said the same person could help me. As I walked away another guest moved toward the front desk and he shouted through them, “30-45 minutes” at me. I found where to drop my bags but it seemed like chaos so I walked to the nearest Equinox to take a shower. Around 3pm my boyfriend arrived at the hotel and checked in for us. Several times in the elevator the housekeeping staff was on their phones- speaker phone and talking loudly. On the day we checked out, at 12:30pm someone knocked on the door and asked if we were checking out, I said we have a 1pm check out and would be out soon. I checked my Hilton app and we were already checked out even though we were supposed to have a 1pm check out. All in all, the hotel seemed disorganized and the staff not trained. The room was fine- the carpet was kinda gross and it was hard to keep it at a comfortable temperature but for one night we made it work.
Highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn! Incredibly friendly staff, clean rooms, and overall just a really wonderful day. The folks at the front desk are incredible and made our stay in New York City a wonderful one. Looking forward to coming back!

I stayed for an overnight trip in NY with family. The proximity to Penn Station was convenient as were the multiple transit options in the area for getting around. The staff at check in and out were efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and well-stocked. It was by the elevator, which I usually avoid but was pleasantly surprised to not be disturbed by noises. I visited the convenience store in the lobby for late night snacks, was happy to see that well-stocked too. Overall, great location, courteous staff, and nice amenities made our stay comfortable.

The front desk stuff were excellent however, room services were wanting. The Chinese lady kept dressing the bed without cleaning the room. Also I was disappointed that booking.com didn’t clarify to me that I didn’t have breakfast including in my booking. $280+ per day without breakfast is absurd! About coming back there? NOPE!
House keeping I guess after realising that it’s a black person in the room it was never cleaned other than dressing the bed! The beddings are very old and too soft a bed to sleep in for health reasons. The duvet is fit for throwing away.

Läget är allt, nära en bra tunnelbanestation, Macys på andra sidan torget. Bott här många gånger. Vi fick ett nyrenoverat rum så allt var toppen! Personalen är fantastiskt, de hjälpte oss att förlänga utcheckning pga inställt flyg utan problem.
Saknade en byrå för kläder, fanns innan de renoverade rummet, men det är också allt jag har att anmärka på.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the view was spectacular. Overall, the accommodation itself met our expectations and contributed positively to our stay.
The staff was very unhelpful. Before check-in, we informed them that this was a business trip, and I provided all the necessary information required for the invoice. This is very important due to local tax regulations—if the required information is missing from the invoice, we may be subject to penalties from the tax authorities.
Before check-out, I received the invoice; however, some of the required information was missing. The receptionist advised me to return later, assuring me that the issue would be corrected. When we returned, all the previously provided information had been removed from the invoice and replaced with “XXX.”
As a result, the invoice is unusable for tax purposes. The staff then stated that they could not modify the invoice after check-out and were unwilling to resolve the issue. After further discussion, it turned out that they were able to make some changes, and I received a partially corrected invoice—but it still does not contain all the necessary information.
A localização é excelente. O quarto foi muito confortável. A equipe foi super prestativa -- conseguimos uma alteração no quarto ao fazer o check-in sem dificuldades. O preço foi aceitável para o que se oferece naquela região, ainda que possa existir melhores opções de custo-benefício.
emplacement exceptionnel de cet hôtel à 5 min de Times square et de Macy's avec métro en bas de l'hôtel dans un quartier vivant mais une rue pas trop bruyante. les chambres étaient très propres et assez grandes pour une famille de 4. les lits très confortables. les chambres sont en rénovation et je pense que c'est une bonne chose car un peu vieillotte.
