Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. Guests were instructed to choose only one sandwich, which was not communicated in advance.
Cereal and other main items are not available, and coffee refills were not offered — we had to request them ourselves.
If I had known this beforehand, I would not have added breakfast to my accommodation.

Additionally, there was dust throughout the room, which suggests that cleaning was not done properly.

Localizaçao e equipe perfeitos
Pros:

Localização e educação da equipe do hotel. Sofri um acidente e todos ajudaram no que foi possível.
Hotel tem uma vista linda do Empire State. Localização ótima com metrô bem perto

Cons:

A cama tem um buraco na cabeceira que o travesseiro afundava. O hotel estava em reforma. por isso as vezes os elevadores demoravam.

Excelente localização e bom custo benefício.
Pros:

O hotel fica muito bem localizado! Fomos em janeiro, então conseguimos um bom preço e valeu muito a pena. Os funcionários são bastante prestativos. As instalações são boas. O microondas no quarto ajuda bastante. O serviço de limpeza é muito eficiente.

Cons:

Achei a cama de casal pequena.
