Pros:

Location was excellent. Walkable to times Square and broadway, but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep. Subway access right outside the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast options are limited. The cost of adding breakfast to the reservation did not match what was offered.

Very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

We loved the location, the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the room and hotel, the view out the window and the bathroom had wonderful showers!

Perfect for our trip
Pros:

Great location to subway and shopping. Room was cool and bed was comfortable. Our window had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. Room also had a full length mirror.

Cons:

I thought the room would be a little bit larger.

Horrible breakfast… if you can call several really bad quality sandwiches as a breakfast…. No eggs, no salads, no vegetables, fruits are only apples. disappointed 100%. Plus on top of it they take 300 dollars deposit, and never give it back !!! If you contact them they just ignore it!!! The worst Hilton ever! Disappointed

Would definitely choose this hotel again.
Pros:

Great location. Great view. Staff were warm and friendly but sadly can't remember names.
Room was clean and tidy with good facilities.
We stayed in another HGI a week later and this was by far superior to that one.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing on our first morning so we opted for a bottle of smoothie and headed out for food. We didn't plan on having breakfast every day so wasn't a big issue.
