Pros:

Staff were fantastic when checking in and all facilities were good. Free parking is a plus

Cons:

The place didn’t feel very clean and the water pressure of the shower wasn’t great. Napa is super expensive and this being one of the cheapest locations to stay showed in the distance from downtown and the place feeling quite rundown. Also, the breakfast was pretty average.

Wir kamen spät abends an und stellten zunächst Ameisen im Zimmer fest. Die Rezeption schickte einen Mitarbeiter, der einfach ein Insektizid im Zimmer versprühte. Danach wollten wir nun wirklich nicht mehr in diesem Zimmer schlafen. Etwas unwillig bekamen wir dann ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen.

Das benötigte Schlafsofa mussten wir dann selbst beziehen (auch im ursprünglichen Zimmer war das Schlafsofa nicht auf unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren im Zimmer nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Der Rezeptionist brachte auf Bitten das Fehlende, wollte uns aber nicht mit dem Schlafsofa und dem Beziehen behilflich sein.

Vom CheckIn bis wir endlich nach langer Autofahrt ins Bett gehen konnten vergingen über anderthalb Stunden.

Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war total chaotisch und mühsam. Die freien Tische waren sämtliche nicht abgeräumt und verschmutzt. Das Buffet eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückzeit war komplett abgegrast. Für jedes einzelne Teil das wenig präsente Personal ansprechen und bitten. Dies zog sich ewig hin, so dass sich auch unsere Weitreise dadurch ärgerlich verzögerte.

Mitarbeiter der Rezeption in jeder Situation total desinteressiert und wenig hilfreich.

Pros:

The complimentary breakfast and coffee was delicious. Front desk staff were very helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. It's not too far from downtown Napa and other great cities like Calistoga and Yountville, but still a bit of a drive.

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The staff was friendly and professional.
The fire pit was a fabulous addition to our stay. We sat around the fire and chatted every night of our stay.

Cons:

I liked that there were cage-free eggs and gluten-free muffins at bread, but i wish there was soy milk or soy creamer for the coffee. I'm lactose intolerant, allergic to nuts, and don't like the taste of oat milk. I know you can't have every type of creamer but a non-dairy, non-nut, and non-oat milk would have been lovely.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Very happy with my stay. I’d come definitely come again. It’s a little far from the wineries, but significantly cheaper then in the heart of Napa.

Staff was friendly and accommodated an early check in and late check out.

Mediocre Stay
Pros:

The rooms were not as clean as I would like. They had black mold in the bathrooms. We also had an issue with ants. The breakfast on the morning was decent and have no complaints on that service. Pool was colder than would like and not very deep. Did have a nice courtyard with BBQ. Chairs and shade in pool area were decent. This was a very mediocre place to stay. We did have an interaction with a couple of employees that was great! I will not choose to stay at this location again.

Tried several times to overcharge me by a lot, and the room was very average.
Pros:

I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel. Everything was very outdated, and they were even ants in the bed. Also, the front desk tried more than once to overcharge me for the room by almost 2 times what I was supposed to pay. When I asked them to make the adjustment they said they did and yet when I checked out, the overcharge was still on my account. It took several times before they corrected their mistake.

Bring your own supplies and shower cap
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff

Cons:

Disappointed in amenities. We stayed 3 nights and was disappointed on the supplies. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper besides what little was on the existing roll, the tiniest bar of soap we’ve ever seen and no paper towels. They give you a cloth dish towel instead of paper towels. There were only two paper cups for making coffee so we had to rinse them out each time we used them. A housekeeping gal came around with a cart full of supplies on the second day and when we asked if there was paper towels, she handed us a load of bath towels. I don’t think she understood English. Also, no shower caps. We were told you need to go to the front desk if you want one.

It had the pool, hot tub, 24 hour gym and laundry facilities we prefer at Marriott.

Cons:

The property was what we expected. A few issues with our room caused several inconveniences. Our refrigerator was unplugged so it took us half a day to determine that nothing was staying cool. Then, our TV didn’t work for the first night of our stay. Although these things were fixed within 24 hours, it was unusual for a Marriott property. I much appreciate the extra points on my Marriott account.
