I enjoyed my stay. Great job!
Pros:

I liked the meal availability in the morning, which at some hotels/motels is missing entirely

Cons:

I really can't think of a thing that I did not like. This is a comfortable, clean, well-managed and well-organized hotel. I would add something minor. The TV controller in my room did not always operate easily. There were also no instructions on how to use it.

Overall good experience but some room prep mistakes
Pros:

Rooms were big, staff was very nice and breakfast was lovely. Pool facilities are very nice.

Cons:

Some requests weren't taken into account... Had asked for the sofa bed to be made, it wasn't. And inexplicably, the sofa beds weren't made when the room was cleaned, and the next time, they were unmade completely...

Short & sweet!
Pros:

It was better hotel than I expected…. Location wasn’t bad, reasonable price, pretty clean room, good breakfast, clean & groomed outside garden, ample parking lots!!!

Cons:

I didn't like waking up in the morning to no hot water.
Was pulled by the morning manager.They would only charge me half price for the room. When I received the bill, they had charged me full price.
When I called them, they pretty much told me too bad..
I would never go back to this location again..

Very pleasant with excellent staff, especially, James.
Pros:

The hotel is decent, but it’s situated in an industrial area. Despite the surroundings, it was surprisingly quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The majority of the guests were adults, with no children causing any disturbances. Upon entering the property, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The toilet was very low, making it difficult to get up from it. It requires strong leg, thigh, and hip muscles. Unfortunately, I’m currently rehabilitating from a hip injury, so the low toilet was quite challenging.

Pros:

Bit of the hotel we're pretty like the pool and fireplace area.

Cons:

The location is terrible, and NOT in Napa really. The facilities are not great, the bar only had beer and wine and was not even open although it was supposed to be the 2nd night. No real food on site for lunch or dinner. Not a great experience at all. Very disappointing. And the location is very noisy.

Pros:

Staff awesome, facilities clean and comfortable. Only comment housekeeping not every day. When housekeeping does come they should make sure guest have towels etc. they need for the days they will not be there. Asking guests to go to lobby to ask for towels and bags to put dirty towels and garbage in is inconvenient to guest. If

Cons:

My car got infested in & out from parking by shrubs next to walks. I mentioned it to different staff with little feedback. Mini ants. I have continued my trip, went thru a car wash & still ants. We also had then in our room. Very disappointing.

Memorable
Pros:

Their price per night with the space of the room to the breakfast included daily which was of quality. We didn't eat out half as much as we would have with what they provided for their guests at this facility.

Cons:

Honestly I have no complaints. Everyone on the staff was truly amazing and I never had issues getting things timely when I asked for them.
