Comfort Suites At Kennesaw State University

The room wasn't cleaned on a daily basis & I wasn't informed of the protocol regarding thyis. In most instances, you would be told when checking in whether the rooms would be cleaned daily or the process to request it or get extra linens.

I had to rekey my cards two days in a row. I was given a handicap room for some unexplainable reason, but I think it's because I initially parked in the handicap spot, which I am allowed to do, & the clerk saw me.

Updated to respond to the hotels response to where they said said some of my findings were false…..Someone in corporate needs to contact me via phone or email. Everything they claimed I said was false was in fact true, that’s what the pictures back up.
Responding to my review by saying I made things up is NOT good business . I would love to continue this conversation further! You don’t call customers liars and think that’s ok. You can get my phone number from my reservation as well as my email.

Slim pickings for breakfast a full hour before closing for the morning. Huge spider webs all around INTERIOR window with spiders in them! Bug traps lying on the floor in full view. OVERPOWERING musty smell on 1st floor (Sub basement where the pool is), OVERPOWERING wet animal fur and urine smell down 3rd and 4th floor hallways. Key cards had to be rekeyed MULTIPLE times. No true housekeeping service, we checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Tuesday, expected housekeeping at least every other day but instead there was a sign at the front desk saying it was every 3rd day! On the 3rd day they came in, took our trash and barely made the beds, did NOT however change the sheets! We put out wet towels outside the door everyday and had to go get “New” towels ourselves and they were a varying shades of white so hard to tell if they were really clean or not. Smashed bug carcasses on walls, bathroom fan was filled with so much dust and dirt I’m surprised it even worked. Black spots all over the ceiling which I can only HOPE they weren’t black mold! The shower had only shampoo and conditioner, no body wash. Closest thing to soap, was a small sliver of hand soap that in the shower would’ve lasted for maybe 1 person. One of our families asked about the shower gel and was told to use the shampoo!
Lastly, the elevator inspection certificate was expired by one year!
And yes, I have pictures to back up all the above statements.

We were in a room in the basement, our room smelled of mildew, the baseboard trim in our room was barely connected to the walls, bathroom and room floor both were dirty as if never swept when the room was last cleaned. The breakfast pastries were hard as a rock that morning as well.

Everything is dirty, broken, or stained. The pool is not usable. Only one of three treadmills was working. All sheets, carpet, bedding and even the curtains were stained. Terrible water pressure and mold all over the bathroom. The AC unit was loud, never stopped running, and ours leaked all over the carpet.

The rooms smelled really bad. Like a zoo or throw up. I had to go buy air fresheners.. the towels were stained and gross, the pull out sofa looked like it was just folded up and never cleaned or looked at. People were passing around a blunt outside when I walked in. It was terrible

It wasn’t very clean. The bedspread had stains and looked very dirty as did the bath towels.

Strange smell and room was unclean

Smell in the room was musty and found mold on the air conditioner

It didn’t feel very clean. Towels were dingy. The room had a funky smell and my son overhead two staff members talking about finding a rat.
