Overall a good stay. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious with a various selection of choices. Room was clean.

Cons:

The main lamp in the room did not work. The ceiling light fixture in bathroom did not work so you had to use it in the dark. Toilet had issues flushing. There were no complimentary tea bags at the refreshment station and there were no tissues in the room. At 3:00 a.m., there a screaming match in the hall outside our room that lasted for 15 minutes shouting profanities. It woke me up and I couldn't fall back to sleep for hours.

Perfect stay close to town
Pros:

Everything was Wonderful. Friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of choices, super comfy bed, pillows and sheets. Room and hotel was emaculate at an unheard of nightly price.

Above average staff, in a serviceable hotel.
Pros:

The staff is all extremely friendly. Bobbi did a great job checking me in early and making me feel welcome. There is 24 hour coffee in the lobby, which was perfect after the long drive.The room was very clean, there were ample towels, location of the hotel was convenient, and the off season rates are the best in the area.

Cons:

The furnishings are a bit run down, as are several wall moldings. I needed a football shoulder shove to get in the room each time, because the door stuck terribly. My refrigerator froze all my beverages, even turned down to the lowest settings. Breakfast was very clean, and kept stocked....but it was only serviceable. It was the same thing each day. A rotation of some sort would have been nice. I also didn't have the expected freshening up of my room each day. The first day no one came, so I went and looked for someone in the afternoon. They eventually came by and were very friendly.
The next day I got no housekeeping visit at all.
I didn't go to the desk to complain, because these concerns were just annoying, and not really a big deal in the scheme of things.
