Overall good

The pool are was beautiful, the rest of the property is outdated. Warn out mattress, you can see the springs through blanket, not comfortable. Would be a great place if updated room, lived the easy access to beach,about 200 feet away.

Adequate for our need but a tired property. Pool is nice but not much shade. Wedding events are very loud. Beach is lovely. Parking is a bit of a mess.

Der Start war geprägt von Zimmersuche ohne Fehler. Im ersten ließ sich die Balkontür nicht öffnen, im zweiten war die Klimaanlage defekt. Das dritte war dann ok, bis auf die Bettkopfteile, die sind in den gesehenen Zimmern im miserablen Zustand. Ansonsten Zimmer groß, Bad auch ok. Großer Pool ohne Stehtiefe, Damentoilette nicht abschließbar, Toilettendeckel liegt daneben !! Frühstück: Rührei nicht frisch (Geruch?)
Etwas mehr Achtsamkeit fürs Detail wäre angebracht.
Schon für deutlich weniger Geld qualitativ wesentlich besser übernachtet.

Absolutely the best in the region. Exceeded our high expectations. Owner was always on site and overseeing that our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our travel plans delayed a day which was truly regrettable. Would have loved to spent another night. My children arranged a birthday surprise for me at the hotel and the staff put it altogether through e-mails. It was so nice!! Grazie Mille!

Personale davvero ottimo, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, struttura molto gradevole. Ottima posizione. Ottimo cibo e ottimi servizi.

Bugs all over room, sheets feel like cardboard (horribly uncomfortable beddy), weddings that go until 3-4am every night (don’t plan on sleeping!), wifi does not work, and just overall outdated and uncleanly property.

En el hotel había una fiesta con musica hasta la 01:00 de la madrugada, hasta la 01:30 una persona hablando con un micrófono. Nos deberían haber avisado para reservar en otro hotel… a esto añadir que el desayuno era de 6:30 a 9:30, con el check out a las 10:30… dormir lo que es dormir mucho no pudimos

Hotel molto confortevole, personale cortese e disponibile. Camere pulire e silenziose.

Soggiorno di vacanza - punto di forza: buono hotel, fronte mare.
Mare: cristallino, bandiera blu, spiaggia attrezzata e tranquilla poco lontana dal centro di Roccella: già questo vale il soggiorno.
Hotel: niente da eccepire ma niente che incanti, possono fare di più ma si limitano all'essenziale, senza che ciò inifici sostanzialmente il soggiorno che nell'insieme è confortevole.
In ogni caso, nell'eventualità, ritornerò.

We stayed here for one night so we didn’t have the opportunity to try all the amenities but it was very enjoyable. The restaurant was very good.

Nice place for couple of days. Breakfast could be better.

The booking had not been confirmed to the hotel by Hotels.com and they were full so could not accommodate us. The staff were incredibly helpful and apologetic even though it was clearly not their fault. The manager found us a table by the pool with a cold drink while they put themselves out to find us another hotel. They found us two options and even offered to drive us to the other hotel and pick us up later for dinner at a restaurant we had already booked. We chose one of the hotels and as we left they gave us a gift to take with us. When we checked out from the other hotel they would not take payment as the bill had already been paid by Hotel Kennedy. Thank you to all at the Kennedy who went above and beyond to help us out!

Hotel carino, molto curato l'esterno con la piscina per adulti e una per bambini...anche se visto il periodo non ne abbiamo usufruito. Gentilezza del personale, colazione scarna da migliorare per un 4 stelle. Il ristorante ottimo, abbiamo soggiornato una notte e stanchi ci siamo fermati al ristorante e ci siamo trovati benissimo ottima la pizza, come i primi e i secondi e il dolce! La camera standard che ci è stata assegnata non mi ha entusiasmato, piccola...bagno ok, il materasso lo cambierei ormai non esistono materassi del genere in un buon 4 stelle, il confort è la prima cosa in una stanza insieme alla pulizia e all' arredamento che considero scarno. Piacevole la presenza dell'accappatoio in camera e pantofole ma che ho dovuto richiedere io perchè non erano presenti nella stanza. Dimenticanza? Per la nostra esperienza fatta lo considero un hotel 3 stelle
