The dripping water into the floor drain was very noisy. We closed all doors and could still hear it. The fan in the elevator was not on and very stuffy.
Without a doubt loved our stay. The construction didn’t bother us at the main building as we stayed in the redbud. It’s up the hill and behind the main property and it was a great “hideaway” stay. Great for rest and relaxing and we enjoyed the balcony for sitting outside and watching lightning bugs. The air smelled of s’mores that the hotel provided in the evenings. There is a kitchenette if you feel like cooking and staying in. There is plenty of space between the living/dining and bedroom area. Bathroom is spacious as well with separate door to toilet vs sink and bath/shower combo. Ours had a jetted tub and was great for soaking away the thousands of miles you walk a day. My only request is the lighting in the bathrooms is DIM. To make it brighter you had to turn on the fan/light and it barely made a difference but was manageable. There was great lighting in the rooms otherwise and black out even to sleep in. We will recommend to anyone coming to the area and plan to be back again. Thank you
The decor is a little dated but everything was clean. The beds were comfy. We got a 3 bedroom on trip advisor - it was $100 cheaper than via Hilton’s own website. There was a massive renovation project happening at the building they put us in — and so there were workers right outside our balcony on ladders doing something on the roof .. who could see directly into our 3rd story unit — like eye to eye— and that was a bit jarring and violating- especially at 8am. There were also workers in the hallway and when we walked out there was a sheet of brown paper taped to our door with painters tape. There were workers in the hallway stairs with paint cans and paint brushes that we had to step over. I was a bit surprised the hotel would put people in the buildings that were inundated with workers.. who were actively painting, using loud electric equipment - sprayers and hammers and lots of noise. Fortunately we only stayed one night. We did the escape room before leaving - we got out with no clues in 35 minutes. They give you 50 minutes. It was well worth the $5 and was the highlight of our stay.
It was a comfy bed and the room was lovely! We loved the full kitchen and bedroom!
When we booked, we didn't know the hotel would be remodeling and the pool was not open. There was no vending machines that we could find. There was no restaurant on site. After check in, they filter you over to another desk for a parking ticket. Conveniently so another employee could pitch the Hyatt Loyalty thing. We kinda had noi idea what it was so we agreed to the presentation. We looked it up online once we got to the room and decided we wanted nothing to do with a hotel timeshare, or essentially- an over priced hotel HOA. No thank you. I called the desk to cancel. They called us and hounded us 3 separate times. Felt like they were watching us as we decided we were done, packed up and they had already made their way to our room to leave a door hanger offering addition extras to go to the presentation. We didn't even stay for the pre purchased stampede show. We will never book with Hyatt again.
We had a great time. This place is quiet and beautiful. Furthermore, the staff exceeded my expectations. Although the pool is being repaired, this did not affect my trip whatsoever. It is a beautiful place and a beautiful part of Branson. Two thumbs up for sure.
The quiet location of the Redbud was wonderful. We enjoyed the balcony and the total home like feeling. Also, we like Netflix. So glad we could login in. We will definitely rebook near Christmas. Thank you.
Everything was great. We can't find a reason not to like the location nor the unit.
Such a pleasant experience. Nice location near a fantastic restaurant/bar called the Cheeky Monkey. The only down side that I’d say if there isn’t an ‘incredible’ view necessarily there, but it is really convenient and quiet. Accommodations were lovely -spotlessly clean and truly fully decked out with everything we needed – some places like this don’t give you the soaps or coffee, etc. but they give you everything.
The most remarkable thing was that not only did they have an activity room and fun activities to do, like s’mores (which we fully took advantage) but the absolutely lovely activity staff, led by Tyler, was a delight. We did the escape room. It was five dollars a person. You’re reading that right. It was so cheap but so fun. We had a great time. He was really nice and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Branson.
Everything is very nice
Unfortunately the hair dryer didn’t work
Location, size and customer service
Didn't get a chance to tour other units without sign up for 1.5 hrs
The location is perfect. Secluded but close enough to all of the attractions.
Everything was great! :)
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. But I really don’t understand why this is rated so high. Not much of a view. Pools under renovation (for like 2 years???). Really nothing special about it. Sorry.
Clean. Nice kitchen.
Bed sloped towards the headboard.
Only one 16” towel rack in bathroom and it was in the shower so the towels would get wet if you hung them there. No place else to hang towels. Fortunately there were only two of us staying there.
Bottom rail on rocker on deck was about ready to fall off. Could be dangerous.
These matters were addressed with the management.
The room was beautiful comfortable and clean.
Pool is not open till the fall! Stove broke while we were in the middle of cooking. Maintenance said the outside grill worked and it did not.
I chose this location for a November stay based on the advertised indoor pool complex. I booked short-notice, so my booking was non-reundable. After I booked it, I received an email stating the pool was closed. I immediately called (twice) to confirm and was told the pool WAS open and would be available from 9AM to 10PM. When I arrived, I was told the pool was closed. I had three very disappointed children! Needless to say, I was stuck with an over-priced room and had to go spend more money elsewhere to entertain them. Disappointed in The Lodges at Timber Ridge and in Booking.com.
