My stay was disappointing.
Pros:

Daniela at the front desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his assistance during my stay.

Cons:

The property was located in an area with a great deal of construction. It also was a much longer walking distance to a location I needed to go to daily.

Très satisfait . J’aurais aimé trouvé une explication concernant le fonctionnement des ZTL de Florence.

Décoration stylée, personnel agréable, facile d’accès. Emplacement. Petit parking devant hôtel. Petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

De hygiene (haren in de wasbak etc) en het balkon. Het uitzicht was slecht in relatie tot de meerprijs.

Very quirky with great air con. Roof terrace was lovely.

Cons:

General maintenance in the room. Shower rims were black, bottom of curtains were dirty, scuffs & paint marks on skirting.
Some of the cakes at breakfast were stale although the fruit was lovely.
