Suburban Studios Fort Smith

The staff was nice and helpful and the bed was comfy however the room was very dirty with mold in the shower, dirty toilet, old carpet with lots of stains and the walls were full of stains. I saw about 10 cockroaches in my room. I was surprised because it is in a good part of town. It was cheaper but not worth it.

Very convenient to hospital wher I was working, gym, restaurants, and grocery store.

Decent for the price. Exactly what you expect at an extended stay “hotel”. You may or may not have unwanted critters in your room. “Quiet hours” are non existent with the herd of buffalos that like to run the hallways and stairs.

I had to call the after hours line to check in because we got there late in the night. The young man came straight down to check us in and was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. We were on the 4th floor and the property seemed quiet and safe.

Um well it was a place to lay down… I did not remove my clothes or sleep under the blankets there were roaches in both the rooms I was given the first room the ac did not work the second room the carpets look like they had not been cleaned ever

Great hotel hot water was out but my reservation was wrong on my end but the hotel worker understood and allowed me to check in regardless of the reservation mix up over all would definitely recommend the hotel and will be staying there again , also pretty much the cheapest hotel in fort smith ar and in a great area

The guy at the front desk is terribly rude!! He needs to get some human kindness inside him. Thats what’s wrong with the world right now rude ass people like him

The walls in my room were so dirty and they had boogers on them.

Never seen so many dogs in my life at a motel. Hair in the hall way and in the elevator. People in the room above must have been playing basketball. Thankfully the guy on duty moved me to another room.

Room was dirty and carpet was shoddy and patched very poorly. Great location, though.

On the surface, everything looked great. It was when you looked deeper when you noticed there was no shower curtain, the dead bolt lock was missing, some of the plugs didn't work.

This is establishment is good for the that you spent. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and they wouldn’t give us any linens after 6 o’clock, which was odd but overall it is a good stay..

Nice and clean, the only thing they need is offer breakfast.

Our furniture was less than comfortable. The chair was broken and the couch kind of grinned. The table chairs were very stained. They States that there is s toaster in the rooms but we had none. A roach ran across my toes while I was using the restroom.

No complaints. Good
