Excelente acomodação para famílias, em ótima localização. Apartamentos grandes (ficamos num com duas suítes e sala/cozinha, em andar alto). Atendimento gentil. Ótimo café da manhã. Única ressalva é que precisa de algumas manutenções, especialmente nos banheiros e nos elevadores (lentos e com frequentes problemas)

We went to São Paulo for the NFL Chargers vs Chiefs game. The staff was amazing and friendly. They really helped us with setting up transportation and getting us to the stadium and back safely. The location is great as you can walk out the back and lots of food options. The area is safe and clean and lots of places to walk to eat! We had 6 of us and we got a large two bedroom with a living room and kitchen. So much space and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel com estrutura excelente, mas as toalhas precisam ser trocadas com urgência! Muito ásperas, e com cheiro ruim (como se o ferro de passar tivesse queimado o tecido).

Pros:

Hotel confortável e bem localizado. Ficamos hospedados num apartamento de dois quartos, em andar alto, bem equipado e com lençóis e toalhas novos. Ótimo café da manhã. Único ponto negativo é o banheiro: muito pequeno e chuveiro que demora muito para esquentar a água.

O local do hotel é ótimo. O apto é muito ruim em especial chuveiro. Além da ausencia de box que eventualmente é tolerável é impossível tomar banho pela escassez de agua e da impossibilidade de equalizar agua quente com a fria.

Pros:

Excelente localização, limpo, atendimento perfeito. Bom café da manhã e academia é maravilhosa, muito completa pois também atende ao publico externo, mas não se cobra nada dos hospedes.
Ainda tem Studio de pilates, com aula cobrada a parte.
voltarei com certeza.
