Buchung nicht geklappt und kein Ersatz angeboten
Pros:

Das Schlossgut wurde geschlossen und die Buchung konnte nicht realisiert werden. Es erfolgte keine Information dazu offiziell. Das ist eine Katastrophe.

Throughly enjoyed our stay, such a beautiful setting. Staff very pleasant & helpful. In particular our evening meal in the restaurant was exceptional. We live just outside London and having dined at numerous restaurants in the capital they could charge double.
Though the hotel lets itself down on a few points that are easily rectified. Firstly there are signs for the Cafe but there isn’t one. Nor is there a bar. More than once we had to literally go into the kitchen to get hold of someone to request a drink. If you’re not going to have these facilities & serve people then your staff need to be present and attentive. The hotel has a number of rooms which don’t appear to serve any purpose these be converted to a bar or cafe. Plus no air conditioning in the rooms make for an uncomfortable night sleep.

Das Bio-Essen und der ökologische Gedanke hinter Allem war sehr gut. Im Haus und auf dem Grundstück habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hotel mit großem ungenutzten Potential
Pros:

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Anlage mit traumhafter Lage. Leider fehlt die ‚Liebe‘ und der Servicegedanke. Extrem unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig- das Fenster im Bad lässt sich nicht schließen, die Vorhänge sind optisch aus den 90er Jahren und die Fugen rissig und vergilbt. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und gut.

Der Schwimmteich war super wir waren jeden Tag drin. Es gibt kostenlosen Tee und Wasser. Die Betten waren etwas zu hart.
Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann lange Spaziergänge machen bis zum Stanbergersee, wo es einen Privatstrand gibt .

Schönes Haus in toller Lage. Zimmer war einfach aber o.K., daher Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz angemessen.
Rezeption freundlich, aber Service-Personal nicht wirklich.
Vielleicht durch Corona-Maßnahmen etwas gestresst.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Beautiful garden and lot of places to stay with both chairs and sunbeds.
Great restaurant with a varity of food. Good breakfast. They where very obs on COVID-19, and therefore you had to have a mask on, Whenever you where indoor. Would definetly visit again

Das Haus ist merklich in die Jahre gekommen ( Farbe blättert vom Fenster ab).
Das Frühstück im Wintergarten, war bei dem schönen Wetter toll. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Entsprechend klein war das Waschbecken.
Die Naturteichanlage war schön.

Herrliche Lage mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Starnberger See. Der Service ist unakzeptabel! Die Zimmer werden über mehrere Tage nicht gemacht. Der Ton in dem mit manchen Gästen gesprochen wird, erinnert einen an Geföngnissendungen im TV, aber nicht an ein teures Schlossgut. Ich habe da einige unschöne Szenen mit anderen Gästen beobachtet. Nach 22 Uhr bekommt man keine Getränke und es gibt keine Minibar.
