Pour une chambre à 950€, il n'y a pas de coffre fort, il n'y a pas de télévision, il n'y a pas de mini frigidaire, il n'y a pas de cafetière, il n'y a pas de moquette mais une espèce de corde qui fait mal aux pieds

Herşeyini.
Tek tek yazacağım.
1- odada Minibar kurgulanmamış, soğuk içecek bulamıyorsunuz. Oda servisinden istemeniz gerekiyor, gece 3’te susarsanız ve soğuk su içmek isterseniz su yok. Başucuna konan sular da arıtma su, inanılmaz kötü asla içmedik.
2-odada kasa yok. Hırsızlık yaşasak ne yapacağımızı bilemeden hep korka korka çıktık odadan.
3- herhangi bir yan ürün kullanım hakkı yok.
Odada kullanmak için tek kullanımlık terlik, Diş fırçası, macunu, kulak pamuğu, pamuk dahil hiç bir şey yok. Herşey odaya konmuş, ve yanlarına ücretleriyle.
4- odada dolap yok. 1 kulube gibi bir şey konmuş. Ben large odada kalmama rağmen ortalıkta tutmak zorunda kaldık herşeyimizi. Tasarım için düşünüşmüş herşey ama konfor ve ihtiyaçlar önemsenmemiş.
5- oda kapımız yere sürtüyordu, kaç kere takılıp düşecektik açılmadığı için.
6- Duşumuzda cam yoktu, her duşta heryer su oluyordu. Aynı zamanda duşun zemininde su birikiyordu 7 cm derinliğinde.
7-ayna sadece banyods olduğu için giyindikten sonra bakmak istediğimizde de eteklerim ıslanıyordu.
8-odaya ütü bile isteyemiyorsunuz, sağlık ve güvenlik gerekçesiyle getiremediklerini söylüyorlar.
Bu otelde her şey ama her şey ücretli.
9-Concierge ile ilgili de çok şikayetim var ancak sıralayamayacağım, yetenekli ve tecrübeli bir ekip bulunmadığını söyleyebilirim.
10- Bir de olay yaşadık.
Otelin girişine (150 cm kapı genişliği), 70 cm genişliğinde ferforje demirden bir karşılama koymuşlar, amacı kapıyı açık tutmak ve okunamayan bir şeyler yazması.
Bir basamak yukarı cıkıyorsunuz, dapdar bir karşılama alanına kocaman bir masa, kocaman bir ferforje karşılama alanı derken, sağdaki ferforje demire çarptım.
Kolum içine girdi.
Biz bunun tehlikeli bir şey olduğunu, çıkışlar için risk taşıdığını o telaşeyle anlstmaya çalışırken, Otelin çalışanlarının tarzı şuydu: “Baksaydınız, görseydiniz. “Bugüne kadar 1 kişi bile buna çarpmadı.”
11- otel labirent gibi. Odalara çıkan asansör yok. Merdiven kullanımı şart. Desteğe ihtiyacı olan biri burada konaklayamaz.

To the Management and Owners of Il Capri Hotel,
My Italian colleague – an attorney – and I were guests at your hotel from May 27 to May
29.
I am compelled to inform you that we left with a deep sense of disappointment, feeling
that we had been shamelessly misled. The service and interior of your hotel clearly do
not meet the declared 5-star standard.
I have been a practicing attorney for over 30 years, and one of my clients is a chain of
certified 4- and 5-star hotels. I know very well how difficult it is to obtain a five-star
rating in a civilized country, how demanding it is to maintain it, and how easy it is to lose
it.
Moreover, my colleague – an Italian lawyer – is an official legal representative of AICA
(Italian Association of Hotel Chains) and is personally familiar with their classification
procedures and compliance standards.
Our disappointment began when the bellboy confused our luggage and delivered it to
the wrong rooms. Admittedly, this could be written off as the inattention of a single staff
member.
However, the carpets in the rooms were old, dirty, and had an unpleasant odor. In the
bathroom, there were no complimentary essential toiletries – something that is
absolutely required for a hotel claiming to be five-star.
On the morning of May 28, my colleague attempted to use the swimming pool for a
quick refreshing swim before our important meeting at 9:00 AM. Hotel staff denied him
access, stating that the pool only opens at 9:00 AM.
Later that same day, in the evening, I personally asked to use the pool to unwind after a
long day and help me sleep better. Once again, I was refused, with staff saying the pool
was already closed.
The next morning, on May 29 at 08:40, I politely asked the front desk if I could use the
pool just a few minutes early so I could be refreshed for a meeting scheduled at 9:30
AM.
